| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทั่วไปที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจ 2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจ และ 3) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจของสมาชิกในการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการสหกรณ์การเกษตรสามง่าม จำกัด 4) ปัญหาและข้อ เสนอแนะในการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการ สหกรณ์การเกษตรสามง่าม จำกัด ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรสามง่าม จำกัด จำนวน 2,235 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรการคำนวณของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ จำนวน 340 คน และสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบโควตา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็รวบรวมข้อ มูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติพรรณนา ประกอบด้วย การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติอ้างอิง ได้แก่ สหสัมพันธ์ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) สมาชิกส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 51-60 ปี สถานภาพทางครอบครัวสมรสแล้ว วุฒิการศึกษาระดับต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี สมาชิกที่มีรายได้ระหว่าง 10,001–15,000 บาท ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกอยู่ระหว่าง 11-20 ปี 2) ปัจจัยด้านผู้สมัครที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจ พบว่า สมาชิกส่วนใหญ่พิจารณาจากนโยบายของผู้สมัคร รองลงมา คือ คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครน้อยที่สุด คือ รูปแบบการหาเสียง เจ้าหน้าที่สหกรณ์ไม่สามารถชี้นำการตัดสินใจของสมาชิกในการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการได้ เพราะสมาชิกส่วนใหญ่เชื่อตนเอง ช่วงระยะเวลาในการตัดสินใจของสมาชิกในการเลือกตั้คณะกรรมการดำเนินการก่อนวันเลือกตั้ง 7-19 วัน และไม่เปลี่ยนแปลงการตัดสินใจ 3) ปัจจัยด้านคุณสมบัติ นโยบาย และ รูปแบบการหาเสียงของผู้สมัครมีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจของสมาชิกในการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการ 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะการตัดสินใจในการเลือกตั้ง คณะกรรมการดำเนินการ ได้แก่ ด้านคุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร เกี่ยวกับด้านผู้สมัครที่เข้ารับการเลือกตั้ง เป็นคณะกรรมการต้องเป็นผู้มีความซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต บริหารงานสหกรณ์ด้วยความโปร่งใส | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives were to study 1) the general situation affected on members’ decision, 2) factors affected on members’ decision, 3) factors related on members decision of operational committee election and 4) problems and suggestions of operational committee election The study population was Sam-Ngam Agricultural Co-operatives Ltd. members which were contained of 2,235 individuals. The sample size determination was applied Taro Yamane formula-generated 340 Co-operatives members as the sample size by quota sampling technique. Questionnaire was utilized as the data collective tool. The data analysis was exploited by descriptive statistics-frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean as well as standard deviation while inferential statics was applied by correlation. The study findings indicated that 1) the majority of Co-operatives members were male with the age range from 51 to 60 years old. They held the married status with the lower-class of bachelor degree education. Members’ income was the range from 10,001 to 15,000 Thai Baht a month while they held the members’ period range from 11 to 20 years, 2) applicant factors affected on members decision found that majority of members took their consideration of applicants’ policies following by the properties of applicants; factors that had the least effect were the canvassing patterns. The Co-operatives officers could not led the members decision on the operational committee election because most of members still had their own confidence, 3) the property factors, policies, and canvassing patterns of applicants had correlation of members’ decision of operational committee election at the 95 percent statistical significance, and 4) problems and hindrances were applicants policies-the applicants showed less their own visions and policies, moreover, they did not perform themselves with the policies that they set up. | - |
