dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลพัสดุสําหรับการบริหารงานพัสดุสถาบันเทคโนโลยีราชมงคล วิทยาเขตขอนแก่น เนื่องจากที่ผ่านมาการบริหารงานพัสดุโดยเฉพาะการควบคุมพัสดุส่วนใหญ่ใช้ระบบมือโดยข้อมูลอยู่ในรูปเอกสาร รายงานและแฟ้มข้อมูลต่างๆ วิธีการในการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลพัสดุครุภัณฑ์นี้ใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ โดยเริ่มจากการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของการควบคุมพัสดุครุภัณฑ์ การออกแบบฐานข้อมูล การพัฒนาระบบการทดสอบและติดตั้งระบบ และการประเมินโดยผู้บริหาร และเจ้าหน้าที่พัสดุในสถาบนเทคโนโลยีราชมงคล วิทยาเขตขอนแก่นจํานวน 5 คน การพัฒนาระบบนี้ใช้ระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูล MySQL และโปรแกรม PHP ผลที่ได้จากการวิจัย ทําให้ได้ระบบฐานข้อมลพัสดุเพื่อการควบคุมพัสดุและการจัดการคลังพัสดุนับแต่การจัดเก็บ การจัดทําทะเบียน การควบคุมการเบิกจ่าย การซ่อมบํารุงและการ จําหน่ายออก ทั้งนี้การประเมินผลการใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลพัสดุพบว่ามีความเหมาะสมในระดับปานกลางth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThis study aimed to develop an inventory control database of the Supply Department, Rajamangala Institute of Technology, Khon Kaen Campus. The database was needed to replace the manual system, of which paper documents, reports and files had to be kept track. The system development life cycle methodology was used in this research. The preliminary study focused on existing problems about inventory control. The analysis and design of a new system were carried out accordingly. The tools used for system development were the PHP and MYSQL database management system. After the system testing and installation, five officers in the Supply Department at Rajamangala Institute of Technology, Khon Kaen Campus were asked to evaluate the entire system. The result showed that the new database system could be used for inventory control and management, which included storage of the materials and equipment, stock recording, dispersing, maintaining and discarding. The evaluators found the system to be moderately suitable for the Departmenten_US
