| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ คนของแผ่นดิน จํากัด และ 2) เสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของสมาชิกสหกรณ์คน ของแผ่นดิน จํากัด ประชากรในการศึกษา คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์คนของแผ่นดิน จํากัด จํานวน 155 คน กำหนดเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมดในการศึกษา จัดเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) สมาชิกสหกรณ์คนของแผ่นดิน จํากัด ส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 79.40 มีรายได้ตอบแทนจากการทํางานร่วมกันอยู่ ในระบบกินใช้ร่วมกันเป็นชุมชนแบบสาธารณ โภคี มีการแบ่งปันกันเพื่อการดํารงชีวิตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปัจจัยสี่ ได้แก่ ด้านอาหาร ด้านเครื่องนุ่งห่ม ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย ด้านยารักษาโรค และด้านอื่นๆ มีคุณภาพชีวิตเหมาะสมในระดับดี และ 2) ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อเป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของสมาชิก ได้แก่ ด้านอาหาร ควรเพิ่ม ปริมาณอาหารให้เพียงพอกับความต้องการของสมาชิก ด้านเครื่องนุ่งห่ม ควรใช้เนื้อผ้าคุณภาพดีตัด เย็บ มีการออกแบบที่เหมาะสมกับฤดูกาลและการทํางาน ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย ควรเพิ่มอาคารบ้านพัก อาศัยให้เพียงพอกับผู้มาพักอาศัยทั้งประจําและชั่วคราว ด้านยารักษาโรค ควรเพิ่มปริมาณยาให้ เพียงพอกับความต้องการ ควรเพิ่มผู้มีความรู้ด้านแพทย์ทางเลือกสมุนไพรและแผนปัจจุบันอย่าง เหมาะสมกับผู้ป่วย โดยให้บริการ 24 ชั่วโมงหรือตามเวลาที่กำหนด สําหรับด้านอื่นๆ ควรมีบริการ รถรับส่งเข้าออกระหว่างชุมชนกับภายนอก ควรเพิ่มเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารจัดการด้านสวัสดิการ และควร ให้สมาชิกมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารจัดการสวัสดิการภายในชุมชน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to 1) study the life quality level of members of Kon Kong Pandin Cooperative Limited, and 2) suggest guidelines in improving the life quality of the cooperative members. The population of this study was 155 members of Kon Kong Pandin Cooperative Limited. The sample size was also the population of the study. Data were collected by using a questionnaire, and were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, which included frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation. The results of the study showed that 1) most members of Kon Kong Pandin Cooperative Limited (79.40%) earned their income from working together in the communal wealth system. They also mutually shared what they have involved with four basic needs, which were food, clothing, shelter, medicine, and some other aspects. They had an appropriate quality of life at a good level. 2) For the suggestions of guidelines in improving the life quality of the members were explained as follows. For food aspect, the cooperative should increase the quantity of food to a sufficient level in accordance to the needs of members. In terms of clothing, good fabric should be used to make the clothes, and the design should be appropriate with the season and type of work. For shelter aspect, the housing should be enough for both temporary and permanent residents. In terms of medicine, there should be an increase in the quantity of medicine, alternative doctors who specialized in herbs, and conventional medicine to answer to the needs of the members as well as provide 24 hours services or as per the determined time. In regards to other aspects, there should be transportation services between the local community and the other areas, additional welfare management officers, and allow members to participate in the community welfare management | en_US |
