| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับผลิตภาพแรงงานของกิจการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในประเทศไทย และ 2) ปัจจัยกำหนดผลิตภาพแรงงานของกิจการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในประเทศไทยวิธีการศึกษาเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิแบบอนุกรมเวลารวมทั้งสิ้น 68 ไตรมาส ตั้งแต่ไตรมาสที่ 1 ของปี 2544 ถึง ไตรมาสที่ 4 ของปี 2560 ประกอบด้วย ผลิตภัณฑ์มวลรวมในประเทศของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม จำนวนแรงงานในกิจการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม จำนวนแรงงานที่จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในกิจการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม จำนวนแรงงานที่จบการศึกษาระดับอาชีวศึกษาในกิจการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม จำนวนบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ อัตราค่าจ้างเฉลี่ยของแรงงานทั่วไป และอัตราค่าจ้างเฉลี่ยของแรงงานที่จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย สัดส่วน การทดสอบความนิ่งของข้อมูล และแบบจำลองการถดถอยพหุคูณผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ผลิตภาพแรงงานในกิจการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม มี ค่าเฉลี่ยตลอด 68 ไตรมาสที่ 114,350.13 บาทต่อคนต่อไตรมาส ซึ่งเพิ่มขึ้นเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 0.72 ต่อปี โดยผลิตภาพแรงงานสูงที่สุด 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ในไตรมาสที่ 4 และ ไตรมาสที่ 3 ของปี 2546 และไตรมาสที่ 1 ของ ปี 2547 โดยมีเท่ากับ 186,555.60 180,564.41 และ 173,885.76 บาทต่อคนต่อไตรมาส ตามลำดับ ส่วนผลิตภาพแรงงานที่ต่ำที่สุด คือในไตรมาสที่ 4 ปี 2554 โดยมีเท่ากับ 78,957.83 บาทต่อคนต่อไตรมาส ทั้งนี้ในไตรมาสที่ 1 ปี 2546 มีอัตราการเพิ่มขึ้นจากไตรมาสก่อนหน้ามากที่สุดถึงร้อยละ 50.33 ในขณะที่ในไตรมาสที่ 1 ปี 2549 มีอัตราการลดลงจากไตรมาสก่อนของผลิตภาพแรงงานมากที่สุด และ 2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลิตภาพแรงงานในกิจการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ได้แก่ สัดส่วนของแรงงานที่จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในกิจการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมต่อแรงงานทั้งหมดในกิจการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม และอัตราค่าจ้างเฉลี่ยของแรงงานที่จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ส่วนปัจจัยที่ไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ประกอบด้วย สัดส่วนของแรงงานที่จบการศึกษาระดับอาชีวศึกษาในกิจการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมต่อแรงงานทั้งหมดในกิจการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม สัดส่วนของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ต่อแรงงานทั้งหมดในกิจการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม และอัตราค่าจ้างเฉลี่ยของแรงงานทั่วไป | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research are to study: 1) situations of labor productivity of small and medium enterprises(SMEs) in Thailand; and 2) factors determining labor productivity of small and medium terprises(SMEs) in Thailand. The study was quantitative research, using time-series secondary data analysis from the 1st quarter of 2001 to the 4th quarter of 2017, totally in 68 quarters. The data consisted of gross domestic product(G D P) of small and medium enterprises, number of workers in small and medium enterprises, number of workers who graduated with a bachelor degree in small and medium enterprises, number of workers who completed vocational education in small and medium enterprises, number of medical personnel, average wage rates of general workers, and the average wage rates of workers who graduated with a bachelor degree. Percentage, average, roportion, a unit root test method, and multiple regression analysis were applied for analyzing the data.The results of this study fo u n d that: 1) An average of labor productivity of small and medium enterprises in Thailand throughout 68 quarters was 114,350.13 baht per person per quarter, and the productivity increased at 0.72 percent per year on average. The top 3 labor productivity was in the 4th and 3rd quarter of 2003, and 1st quarter of 2004, was equal to 186,555.60, 80,564.41 and 173,885.76 baht per person per quarter, respectively. The lowest labor productivity w a s in the 4th quarter of 2011, w a s equal to 78, 957.83 baht per person per quarter. In the 1st quarter of 2003 the productivity had the highest increase from the previous quarter by 50.33 percent, whereas in the 1st quarter of 2006, had the largest decrease from the previous quarter. 2) The factors determining labor productivity of small and medium enterprises in Thailand were at a .01 statistical significant level, including the proportion of workers who graduated with a bachelor's degree to total workers in small and medium enterprises, and the average wage rates of workers who graduated with a bachelor degree.
