| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ โครงการเงินกู้สำหรับผู้นำท้องถิ่นที่เป็นสมาชิกของสหกรณ์ 2) ความคิดเห็นของบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง กับผลการดำเนินงานโครงการเงินกู้สำหรับผู้นำท้องถิ่นของสหกรณ์ 3) ผลกระทบจากการ ดำเนินงานโครงการเงินกู้สำหรับผู้นำท้องถิ่นของสหกรณ์ และ 4) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของโครงการ เงินกู้สำหรับผู้นำท้องถิ่นของสหกรณ์การเกษตร ประชากรที่ ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ บุคลากรสหกรณ์ การเกษตรเขาชัยสน จำกัด ประกอบด้วย สมาชิกสหกรณ์ ที่ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้นำท้องถิ่นที่ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการ 193 คน คณะกรรมการดำเนินการ 15 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่สหกรณ์ 10 คน เก็บข้อมูลจากประชากรทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ ส่วนใหญ่เป็น เพศชาย ร้อยละ 65.60 อายุระหว่าง 41- 50 ปี ร้อยละ 36.70 การศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาร้อยละ 40.37 และเป็นผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้านร้อยละ 63.73 2) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการดำเนินงาน และด้านผลผลิตอยู่ในระดับดี ทุกด้าน 3) ผลกระทบจากการดำเนินงาน เปรียบเทียบระหว่างปี 2554 ถึง ปี 2556 คือ มีปริมาณเงินกู้ สูงขึ้น จาก 307 ล้านบาท เป็น 375 ล้านบาท ปริมาณเงินฝาก 133 ล้านบาท เป็น 164 ล้านบาท และ ผู้นำท้องถิ่นถือหุ้นเพิ่มขึ้น จาก 83,900 บาท เป็น 2.60 ล้านบาท และ 4) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของ โครงการ ส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากวาระการดำรงตำแหน่งของผู้นำท้องถิ่น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were to investigate 1) the personal information of related people in the loans for local leaders project; 2) the opinions of related people on the operational results of the project; 3) the impacts of the project; and 4) problems of the project. The population consisted of 193 members of Khao Chaison Agricultural Cooperatives who were local leaders and participated in the loans for local leaders project, 15 members of the Khao Chaison Agricultural Cooperatives board of directors, and 10 cooperative personnel. The data were collected form all population by using a questionnaire and analyzed to see percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that 1 ) the cooperative members participating in the project were mostly male (65.60%), age 41-50 years (36.70%), finished secondary education (4 0 .3 7 %), and were assistant village leader (6 3 .7 3 %). 2 ). When asked about the opinions toward the operations of the project, the average responses for the context, input, process and product of the project was at “good” level. 3) The impacts of the project, the amount of loans rose from 307 million baht in 2011 to 375 million baht in 2013; the amount of deposits rose from 133 million baht in 2011 to 164 million baht in 2013; and the amount of shares held by local leaders rose from 83,900 baht worth in 2011 to 2.60 million baht worth in 2013.
