| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาเพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทั่วไปของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 2) ความคิดเห็นของ สมาชิกต่อการดำเนินงานสหกรณ์ และ 3) ปัญหา อุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะต่อการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์ การเกษตรแม่วาง จำกัด ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรแม่วาง จำกัด ที่อยู่ในพื้นที่ ทั้งหมด 155 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สภาพทั่วไปของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ ส่วนใหญ่เพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 55.50 ปี ระดับการศึกษาประถมศึกษา อาชีพส่วนใหญ่รับจ้างทั่วไป รายได้ของครัวเรือนเฉลี่ยต่อปี 112,505.48 บาท ค่าใช้จ่ายครัวเรือนเฉลี่ยต่อปี 99,000.59 บาท ภูมิลำเนา ส่วนใหญ่ เกิดและเติบโตในพื้นที่ และระยะเวลา อยู่ในเขตพื้นที่ 41-50 ปี ระยะทางจากบ้านมาถึงสหกรณ์ 1-3 และ 7-9 กิโลเมตร การติดต่อกับสหกรณ์ 1-2 ครั้ง ร้อยละ 34.8 และไม่ติดต่อเลย ร้อยละ 30.3 2) ความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกต่อการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์ การเข้าเป็นสมาชิกพราะมีความเลื่อมใสในขบวนการสหกรณ์ร้อยละ 54.8 และถูกชักชวน ร้อยละ 25.2 ต้องการยกฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจ ร้อยละ 20.0 ความคาดหวังในการเข้าเป็นสมาชิกสหกรณ์ที่มากที่สุด คือ (1) การซื้อสินค้าจากสหกรณ์ (2) การได้รับการช่วยเหลือจากเพื่อนสมาชิก (3) การได้รับความรู้ในการ ประกอบอาชีพ และ(4) จะขายผลผลิตในราคาที่ดีขึ้นจากสหกรณ์ ตามลำดับ การดำเนินธุรกิจและกิจกรรม กับสหกรณ์ในระดับปานกลาง ทุกด้านคือ ธุรกิจจัดหาสินค้ามาจำหน่าย ธุรกิจสินเชื่อ การมีส่วนร่วมใน สหกรณ์ การให้ความรู้ทางสหกรณ์ กิจกรรมการออม/รับฝากเงิน กิจกรรมการส่งเสริมการเกษตร และ ธุรกิจรวบรวมผลผลิต ตามลำดับ 3) ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะ การดำเนินงานสหกรณ์โดย รวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ดังนี้ (1) สหกรณ์ภาคเกษตรในพื้นที่มีมากกว่า 4 องค์กร (2) ขาดเงินทุนหมุนเวียน (3) เป็นสมาชิกสหกรณ์ประเภทเดียวกันเกินกว่า 1 สหกรณ์ (4) ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ (5) การบริหารงานของ กรรมการ (6) สมาชิกขาดความรับผิดชอบต่อหนี้สิน (7) สมาชิกไม่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักการ อุดมการณ์สหกรณ์ และ (8) สหกรณ์ไม่สามารถดำเนินงานตามวัตถุประสงค์/เป้าหมาย ตามลำดับ ข้อเสนอแนะควรจัดหาเงินทุนเพิ่มขึ้น สหกรณ์ควรดำเนินธุรกิจมากขึ้น และให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสหกรณ์ให้กับ สมาชิก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study 1) the demographics of members of Mae Wang Agricultural Cooperative, Ltd.; 2) the members’ opinions about the cooperative’s operations; and 3) problems with the cooperative’s operations and recommendations for improvements. The population consisted of 155 members of Mae Wang Agricultural Cooperative who resided in the area. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results showed that 1) most of the cooperative members were male, mean age 55.50, and educated to primary school level. Most were employed as laborers. Their mean household income was 112,505.48 baht a year and mean household expenses were 99,000.59 baht a year. Most of them were born and grew up in Mae Wang and had lived there for 41-50 years. Most of them lived 1-3 kilometers or 7-9 kilometers from the cooperative. About 34.8% reported that they contacted the cooperative 1-2 times a year and 30.3% said they never contacted the cooperative. 2) Most of the members (54.8%) said they became members because they had faith in the cooperative process, 25.2% because they were invited, and 20.0% because they wanted to raise their financial status. Their expectations from membership were (ranked by perceived importance) (1) to buy products; (2) to gain assistance from other members; (3) to learn things useful to their jobs; and (d) to sell their products at a better price. Overall, the members had a “medium” level opinion of the cooperative’s operations, ranked as follows: acquiring products for sale, the credit business, participation in the cooperative, provision of knowledge, savings deposits, agricultural extension, and agricultural products consolidation. 3) Members identified the following problems with the cooperative’s operations – (1) there were more than 4 agricultural cooperatives in the area; (2) the cooperative lacked working capital; (3) they were members of more than one of the same type of cooperative; (4) there were no personnel; (5) the board of directors’ administrative work was deficient; (6) members were not responsible in repaying their loans; (7) members lacked understanding of the principles and ideals of cooperatives; and (8) the cooperative was not able to meet its goals and objectives. Their recommendations were to raise the cooperative’s capital, to expand its operations into other lines of business, and to provide more knowledge about cooperatives to the members | en_US |
