| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความคาดหวังของสหกรณ์ในโครงการบริหารจัดการตลาดผลไม้ของสถาบันเกษตรกรต่อเงินกองทุนพัฒนาสหกรณ์ 2) ศึกษาความคาดหวัง ของสหกรณ์ในโครงการบริหารจัดการตลาดผลไม้ของสถาบันเกษตรกรต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาโครงการบริหารจัดการตลาดผลไม้ของสถาบัน เกษตรกร และ 3) ศึกษาความคาดหวังของสหกรณ์ในโครงการบริหารจัดการตลาดผลไม้ของสถาบันเกษตรกร ต่อการให้เงินกู้ยืม ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือสหกรณ์ที่กู้เงินกองทุนพัฒนาสหกรณ์ เพื่อดำเนินโครงการบริหารจัดการตลาดผลไม้ของสถาบันเกษตรกร ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2554 ทั้งหมดจำนวน 46 สหกรณ์ โดยเจาะจงเลือกประธานกรรมการ ผู้จัดการ และเจ้าหน้าที่สหกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติ Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ความคาดหวังของสหกรณ์ในโครงการบริหารจัดการตลาดผลไม้ของสถาบันเกษตรกรต่อเงินกองทุนพัฒนาสหกรณ์ โดภาพรวมมีความคาดหวัง ในระดับสูงมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.39) โดยสหกรณ์มีความคาดหวังในระดับมากที่สุดต่อ การให้เงินกู้ที่ต่อฤดูกาลผลิต (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.74) 2) ความคาดหวังของสหกรณ์ต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาโครงการบริหารจัดการตลาดผลไม้ของสถาบัน เกษตรกร โดยรวมมีความคาดหวังในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.19) โดยสหกรณ์มีความคาดหวังในระดับมากที่สุดต่อการเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายและส่งเสริมการเชื่อมโยงธุรกิจระหว่างสถาบัน เกษตรกรหรือภาคเอกชน (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.43) และ 3) ความคาดหวังของสหกรณ์ต่อการให้เงินกู้ยืม โดยรวมมีความคาดหวังในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.07) โดยสหกรณ์มีความคาดหัวงในระดับมากที่สุดต่อสหกรณ์สามารถขอปรับปรุงโครงสร้างหนี้ได้ถ้าไม่สามารถชำระคืนหากสหกรณ์มีหนี้ที่เป็นภาระหนี้ที่เกิดจากเหตุสุจริต (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.43) | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were (1) to study the Expectation of Cooperatives of the Fruit Market Management Project of Agricultural Institute to Cooperative Development Fund (2) for study the Expectation of Cooperatives in the Fruit Market Management Project of Agricultural Institute to Development Approach of the Fruit Market Management Project of Agricultural Institute (3) for study the Expectation of Cooperatives in the Fruit Market Management Project of Agricultural Institute on the lending business. The population in this study were the cooperatives who received the loan from the Cooperative Development Fund for process the Fruit Market Management Project of Agricultural Institute : Fiscal Year 2011 total of 46 cooperatives, picked up the president and cooperative officer as the sample of this study. The study tool used to be a questionnaire, the statistic were , the percentage, the average and the statistic of Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation by using the computer program for processing. The findings in this study were to (1) The expectation of Cooperatives in the Fruit Market Management Project of Agricultural Institute to Cooperative Development Fund as a whole had the expectation in very high level at average rate of 4.39 and the cooperatives had the expectation in the most level to give the loan in time the production season at average 4.74 (2) The cooperatives had the expectation to Development Approach of the Fruit Market Management Project of Agricultural Institute as a whole have the expectation in more level at average 4.19 and the cooperatives have the expectation in the most level to strengthen the network and promote the business links between the Agricultural Institute or the Private sector at average 4.43 (3) The cooperatives had the expectation of the loan as a whole have the expectation in more level at average 4.07 and the cooperatives had the expectation in the highest level of cooperatives which was able to debt restructuring in case of the unable pay back, if the cooperatives had a hard debt occurred big amount of debt by honest at average 4.43 | en_US |
