| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาของผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนในสังกัดสํานักงานการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดสงขลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนในสังกัดสํานักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดสงขลา จํานวน 197 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพและปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาของผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) สภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาของผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนในสังกัดสํานักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดสงขลา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยผู้สอนใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในการพิมพ์ใบความรู้ ใบงาน ข้อสอบ และแบบทดสอบ ส่วนด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารในการจัดการเรียนการสอน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยผู้สอนใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตในการสืบค้นข้อมูลเพื่อเตรียมการสอน และ (2) ปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยี สารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาของผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนในสังกัดสํานักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดสงขลา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับน้อยทุกด้าน โดยปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน ผู้สอนขาดความรู้และทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Book) ส่วนปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารในการจัดการเรียนการสอน มีปัญหาเรื่องระบบโทรทัศน์ทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมไม่สมบูรณ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this research was to study the state and problems of using information and Communication Technology for Education of Teachers at Secondary Level, in schools under the Office of Private Education in Songkhla province. The research sample consisted of 197 teachers teaching at the secondary education level in schools under the Office of Private Education in Songkhla province, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the state and problems of using information and Communication Technology for Education of Teachers at Secondary Level,. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that (1) the overall state of using information and Communication Technology for Education of Teachers at Secondary Level, in schools under the Office of Private Education in Songkhla province was rated at the moderate level; when specific aspects of the uses were considered, it was found that the rating mean for the aspect of using computer technology for instructional management was at the high level, with the teachers using computers in printing knowledge sheets, work sheets, test items, and tests; the rating mean for the aspect of using communication technology for instructional management was at the moderate level, with the teachers using the Internet for retrieval of information in preparation for teaching; and (2) the overall problem of using information and Communication Technology for Education of Teachers at Secondary Level, in schools under the Office of Private Education in Songkhla province was rated at the low level; when specific aspects of the problems were considered, it was found that the rating means for all aspects of problems were at the low level which could be elaborated as follows: regarding problems of using computer technology for instructional management, the teachers lacked knowledge and skills for using computers in producing electronic books; as for problems of using communication technology for instructional management, the teachers had the problem of the distance television via satellite system not working perfectly | en_US |
