| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินระบบการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาตามเกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพ การศึกษาแห่งชาติ (TQA) ของโรงเรียนสตรีวิทยา โดยตรวจสอบระดับคุณภาพด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ และผลผลิต (2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนและผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการบริหารงานและ (3) ศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนากระบวนการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาการวิจัยนี้กระทำกับโรงเรียนสตรีวิทยาในกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครูนักเรียน และผู้ปกครองระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และ 6 จำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 655 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรประมาณค่าจำนวน 3 ฉบับ ได้แก่แบบสอบถามผู้บริหารและครู แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครอง โดยมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.79, 0.73,และ 0.78 ตามลำดับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยปรากฎดังนี้ (1) ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า พบว่า ในภาพรวมมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมากแต่บุคลากรครูยังไม่เพียงพอต่อจำนวนรายวิชาที่เพึ่มขึ้น และครูรุ่นใหม่ยังไม่มีดวามชำนาญในการจัดการเรียนการสอน จึงควรพัฒนาครูรุ่นใหม่อย่างหลากหลายวิธีโดยเฉพาะใช้การชี้แนะจากครูรุ่นเก่าที่เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญการสอน และจัดหาสื่อและเทคโนโลยีสำหรับการเรียนการสอนอย่างเพียงพอและเหมาะสมกับการเปลี่ยนแปลง(2) ด้านกระบวนการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาตามเกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพแห่งชาติ (TQA) พบว่าในภาพรวมและทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่ด้านการมุ่งเน้นการดำเนินการยังต้องการการพัฒนาเพิ่มขึ้น จึงควรส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรเรียนรู้การบริหารจัดการคุณภาพอย่างแท้จริง และควรมีการรายงาน กำกับติดตามหลังการอบรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง (3) ด้านผลผลิต พบว่า ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในภาพรวมมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่ผลลัพธ์ของผู้เรียนควรครอบคลุมด้านคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์และควรประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอพร้อมทั้งนำมาใช้ในการวางแผนการดำเนินงานครั้งต่อไป และ (4) ด้านความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการบริหารงานของโรงเรียนโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนของผู้ปกครองในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were (1) to evaluate the educational quality assurance system based on the Thailand Quality Awards (TQA) in Satri Witthaya School by examining the quality levels of die input, the process, and die output components; (2) to study satisfaction levels of students and parents with the school’s administration; and (3) to study problems and recommendations for development of the educational quality assurance system. This research was conducted with Satri Witthaya School in Bangkok Metropolis. The informants consisted of655 administrators, teachers, Mathayom Suksa HI and Mathayom Suksa VI students and parents at Satri Witthaya School. The three employed research instruments were three sets of rating scale questionnaire for administrators and teachers, students, and parents, with reliability coefficients of 0.79, 0. 73, and 0. 78, respectively. Research data were analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings were as follows: (1) regarding the input component, it was found that the overall input was rated at the high level; however, the number of teaching personnel was not sufficient for the increased number of courses, and new teachers were not skillful in management of instruction; therefore, the school should employ various methods to develop new teachers, especially using the internal supervision by expert teachers method, and provide sufficient and appropriate instructional media and technology to keep pace with changing situations; (2) regarding the process component of the educational quality assurance system based on the Thailand Quality Awards (TQA), it was found that both the overall and by-dimension quality assurance processes based on TQA were rated at the high level; however, the operation-oriented dimension needed to be improved; therefore, the school should have the personnel trained to equip them with knowledge on quality management and also monitor, follow up and report the post-training results continuously; (3) regarding the output component, it was found that the overall effectiveness of the school was rated at the high level; however, the output in terms of quality of the students should include the aspect of desirable characteristics, and the school’ s output should be assessed regularly and the assess results should be taken for consideration in planning for subsequent operations; and (4) regarding the satisfaction of students and parents, it was found that the students’ overall satisfaction with the school’s administration was at the moderate level, while that of the parents was at the high level. | en_US |
