| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนื้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความสอดคล้องของข้อกำหนด ISO 14001 และ GMP (2) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค ข้อดี ข้อเสีย ของการนำ ISO 14001 มาใช้ในโรงงานผลิตยาที่ได้ GMP และ (3) ศึกษาความสนใจที่ผู้บริหารโรงงานผลิตยาจะนำ ISO 14001 มาใช้ การศึกษาทำโดย ( 1 ) วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาของข้อกำหนด ISO 14001 และ GMP เพื่อเปรียบเทียบ ความสอดคล้องของข้อกำหนดทั้ง 2 ระบบ (2) สัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งได้แก่ผู้บริหารระบบ 11 คนและ ผู้ปฏิบัติ 17 คน ของโรงงานผลิตยา 4 แห่งที่ได้นำ ISO 14001 ไปใช้แล้ว เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค ข้อดี ข้อเสียของการนำ ISO 14001 ไปใช้จริงในโรงงาน และ (3) ส่งแบบสอบถามจำนวน 122 ฉบับ เพื่อสำรวจความสนใจของผู้บริหารโรงงานผลิตยาที่จะนำ ISO 14001 ไปใช้ ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนจำนวน 56 ฉบับ หรือร้อยละ 46.7 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ข้อกำหนดของทั้งสองระบบมีความสอดคล้องในด้านเนื้อหาที่ตรงกันหลายส่วน ข้อกำหนดซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่สัมภาษณ์ ทั้ง 4 โรงงานระบุว่าสามารถรวมการจัดการทั้ง GMP และ ISO 14001 เข้าด้วยกันได้คือระบบการควบคุมเอกสารและระบบการฟิกอบรม (2) ผู้บริหารระบบและผู้ ปฏิบัติ มีความเห็นตรงกันว่าปัญหา และอุปสรรคของการนำ ISO 14001 มาใช้ อันดับแรกคือบุคลากร ถัดมาคือเรื่องงบประมาณ ส่วนข้อดี ของการนำ ISO 14001 มาใช้ พบว่าระบบช่วยเพิ่มการปฏิบัติให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย และมีส่วนพัฒนา GMP ให้มีระบบการชัดการที่สมบูรณ์มากขึ้น ข้อเสียคือการเพิ่มงานและเพิ่มการลงทุน และ (3) ผลการสอบถามความสนใจที่ผู้บริหารโรงงานผลิตยาจะนำ ISO 14001 มาใช้นั้นพบว่าส่วนใหญ่ ร้อยละ 60.71 ระบุว่ายังไม่สนใจที่จะนำ ISO 14001 มาใช้เนื่องจากขาดบุคลากรและสิ้นเปลืองงบประมาณในการลงทุน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were (ใ) to study the correspondence of ISO 14001 andGMPrequirements,(2)to study problems obstacles advantagesand disadvantages of implementing ISO 14001 in the GMP Compliance Pharmaceutical Factories, and (3) to survey the interest of pharmaceutical plant managers to adopt the implementation of ISO 14001 in their factories. The study was done by (1) analysing contents of IS0 14001 and GMP requirements to compare the correspondence between the two systems; (2) interviewing 11 administratorsand 17 practitioners from 4 pharmaceutical factories which have already been implemented IS014001 in order to study the problems, obstacles, advantages and disadvantages of actual IS014001 implementation in the GMP compliance pharmaceutical factories; and (3) sending 122 questionaires to survey the interest of pharmaceutical plant managers to adopt IS014001 to implement in their factories.There were 56 questionaires or 46.7 percents in return. The research findings showed that (1) the two systems corresponded in many part of requirements. All interviewees informed that they can completely integrate the requirements of GMP and IS014001 in terms of document control system and training system; (2) both system administrators and practitioners had the same opinions that personnel and budget were the first and second order of the problems and obstacles to implement IS014001; moreover, the advantage of implementing IS0 14001 were enhancing the conformity to law of the factory and take part of improvement of GMP to be more perfect management system; however, the disadvantages were increasing works and cost of investment; and (3) most pharmaceutical plant managers 160.71 percents were still not interested in implementing IS014001 in their plants due to the reasons that lacking of personnel and costing their investment budget | en_US |
