| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ปทุมธานี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ปทุมธานี เขต 1 จำนวน 339 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณคำสอบถามความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยง 0.986 และ 0.989 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับ คือการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ การมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ และการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to study the level of transformational leadership of school administrators; (2) to study the level of effectiveness of schools; and (3 ) to study the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and effectiveness of schools under Pathum Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The sample consisted of 339 teachers in schools under Pathum Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 1 , all of whom were obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire dealing with teachers’ opinions about transformational leadership of school administrators and effectiveness of schools, with reliability coefficients of 0.986 and 0.989 respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product moment correlation. The research findings were as follows: (1) the overall and by-aspect levels of transformational leadership of school administrators, as perceived by teachers, were at the high level; the specific aspects of transformational leadership could be ranked from top to bottom based on their rating means as follow’s: providing intellectual stimulation, creating an inspirational motivation, having ideological influence, and giving individualized consideration, respectively, (2 ) the overall and by-aspect levels of effectiveness of schools were at the high level; and (3) the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and effectiveness of schools under Pathum Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 1 was positive and high which was significant at die .01 level of statistical significance. | en_US |
