| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในตามมาตรฐานด้านการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 1 (2) ศึกษาปัญหาการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในตามมาตรฐานด้านการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 1 และ (3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในตามมาตรฐานด้านการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระ 8 กลุ่มสาระของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 288 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นและผู้บริหารจำนวน 144 คนใช้ประชากรทั้งหมด รวมผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 432 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.91 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการศึกษาปรากฏว่า (1) สภาพการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในตามมาตรฐานด้านการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัญหาการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในตามมาตรฐาน ด้านการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย และ (3) แนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในตามมาตรฐาน ด้านการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาคือ ควรส่งเสริมให้ครูอบรมพัฒนาตนเองในสาขาวิชาเอกให้ทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ ควรอบรมพัฒนาให้ความรู้แก่ผู้บริหารในการบริหารงานแบบมุ่งประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล ควรเปิดโอกาสให้คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษามีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา ควรปรับปรุงพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทของสถานศึกษา และยึดตามตัวบ่งชี้มาตรฐานตัวชี้วัด ตามหลักสูตรการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานแกนกลาง ควรส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนเพื่อให้ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้เรียน และควรอบรมให้ความรู้ครูผู้บริหาร คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา และผู้ปกครองในการดำเนินงานตามแนวทางการประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to study the condition of internal quality assurance operation on educational management based on basic education standards of schools under Sa Kaeo Primary Education Service Area Office 1; (2) to study problems of internal quality assurance operation on educational management based on basic education standards of schools under Sa kaeo Primary Education Service Area Office 1; and (3) to study guidelines for development of internal quality assurance operation on educational management based on basic education standards of schools under Sa Kaeo Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The research informants totaling 432 school personnel consisted of the research sample of 288 teachers who were the heads of eight learning areas of the schools under Sa Kaeo Primary Education Service Area Office 1, obtained by stratified random sampling with the sample size determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Table of Sample Size, and the population of 144 school administrators. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire, with reliability coefficient of 0.91. Quantitative data were statistically analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation; while qualitative data were analyzed with content analysis. The research findings showed that (1) both the overall and the individual aspects of internal quality assurance operation on educational management based on basic education standards of the schools were rated at the high level; (2) the overall problem of internal quality assurance operation on educational management based on basic education standards was rated at the low level; and (3) the guidelines for development of internal quality assurance operation on educational management based on basic education standards of the schools were as follows: the schools should encourage their teachers to receive training in their majors to keep pace with new developments; the school administrators should be trained on effectiveness and efficiency oriented administration; the school board members should be allowed to participate in educational management; the school-based curriculum should be developed and improved to be relevant to the school’s context and be based on the standards and indicators of the national basic education curriculum; the schools should encourage students to participate in the school environment management in order to respond their needs; and the schools should train teachers, school administrators, school board members and parents to equip them with knowledge on the operation based on the guidelines for internal quality assurance operation on educational management of the school as stipulated in the ministerial regulations. | en_US |
