| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนื้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกษียณอายุราชการของข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก (2) เปรียบเทียบการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกษียณอายุราชการของข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา และเงินเดือน และ (3) ศึกษาแนวทางการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกษียณอายุราชการของข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นข้าราชการครูที่มีอายุ 50-60 ปี จำนวน 214 คน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) สภาพการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกษียณอายุราชการโดยภาพรวมทั้ง 5 ด้าน มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก พิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านรายได้และการใช้จ่าย อยู่ในระดับมาก เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมา ดือ ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย ด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ และด้านงานอดิเรกตามลำดับ และอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 1 ด้านคือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในสังคม ซึ่งเป็นด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยตํ่าที่สุด (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกษียณอายุราชการ จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา และเงินเดือน ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่ามี 2 ตัวแปร คือ ข้าราชการครูที่มีอายุ และเงินเดือนแตกต่างกัน มีการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกษียณอายุราชการ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) แนวทางการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกษียณอายุราชการตามลำดับความถี่มากที่สุดของแต่ละด้าน ด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ คือ การออกกำลัง ด้านรายได้และการใช้จ่าย คือ ลดการใช้จ่าย ใช้จ่ายอย่างประหยัด ด้านงานอดิเรก คือ ปลูกต้นไม้ ไม้ดอกไม้ประดับ ทำสวนผลไม้ ปลูกผักสวนครัว ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย คือสร้างบ้านเป็นของตนเองจัดเตรียมไว้เรียบร้อยแล้ว และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในสังคม คือ ร่วมทำกิจกรรมกับชุมชนให้มากขึ้น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to study the conditions of preparation for retirement of teachers under the Offices of Nakhon Nayok Primary Education Service Area; (2) to compare the levels of preparation for retirement of teachers under the Offices of Nakhon Nayok Primary Education Service Area, as classified by gender, age, marital status, educational level, and salary; and (3) to study guidelines for preparation for retirement of teachers under the Offices of Nakhon Nayok Primary Education Service Area. The research sample consisted of 214 teachers, aged 50-60 years, under the Offices of Nakhon Nayok Primary Education Service Area. The data collecting instrument was a rating scale questionnaire. Research data were analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and content analysis. The research findings were as follows: (1) the overall and four aspects of preparation for retirement of the teachers were practiced at the high level, with ranking of the four aspects based on their rating means being as follows: the aspect with the top rating mean for preparation was that of income and expenditure, followed by the residential aspect, the physical and mental aspect, and the hobby aspect, respectively; meanwhile, the fifth aspect, i.e. the aspect of social participation was rated at the moderate level, which was the aspect with the lowest rating mean; (2) comparison results of the levels of preparation for retirement of the teachers showed no significant difference in the overall levels of preparation; however, when the comparison of preparation was considered for specific variables, significant difference was found with two variables of age and salary, i.e. teachers with different ages and different salaries differed significantly at the .05 level of statistical difference in their levels of preparation for retirement; and (3) the guidelines for preparation for retirement proposed based on the frequency of mentioning for each aspect were as follows: in the physical and mental aspect, the retiring teachers should exercise; in the income and expenditure aspect, they should try to reduce their expenditure by spending frugally; in the hobby aspect, they should plant flowers and ornamental plants, keep fruit orchards, and tend kitchen vegetables; in the residential aspect, they should have their own house; and in the social participation aspect, they should participate more in social activities. | en_US |
