| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ข้อ มูลทั่วไป เศรษฐกิจและสังคมของประชาชนบ้านเพหลาใต้ (2) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดการป่าชุมชนบ้านเพหลาใต้ (3) ปัญหา/อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดการป่าชุมชนบ้านเพหลาใต้ ตำบลเพหลา อำเภอคลองท่อม จังหวัดกระบี่ การศึกษาครั้งนั้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัว อย่าง ได้แก่ หัวหน้าครัวเรือนหรือตัวแทนหัวหน้าครัวเรือน จากประชากรทั้งหมด 507 คน ขนาดขงกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ใช้สูตรการคำนวณของ Yamane จำนวน 224 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 59.8 มีอายุ อยู่ระหวา่ง 15 - 25 ปี ร้อยละ 41 มสถานภาพในครัวเรือนเป็นหัวหน้าครัวเรือน ร้อยละ 34.4 มีตำแหน่งหน้าที่ทางสังคมร้อยละ 43.7 มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 53.6 นับถือศาสนาพุทธ ร้อยละ 80.4 ประกอบอาชีพหลัก คือ รับราชการ/รัฐวิสาหกิจ ร้อยละ 52.7 ประชาชนมีรายได้ระหว่าง 15,001 - 20,000 บาท ร้อยละ 27.2 เคยร่วมงานสาธารณะหมู่บ้าน ร้อยละ 79.5 เคยได้รับข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับป่าชุมชน ร้อยละ 70.1 และมีความเข้าใจเล็กน้อยในข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับ ป่าชุมชน ร้อยละ 70.5 (2) ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการป่าชุมชนบ้านเพหลาใต้ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ลักษณะการมีส่วนร่วมการจัดการป่าชุมชนโดยรวมพบว่า ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการร่วมรับผลประโยชน์สูงสุด รองลงมาตามลำดับ คือ การร่วมปฏิบัติ การร่วมติดตามประเมินผล และการร่วมวางแผน (3) ปัญหา/อุปสรรคในการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการป่าชุมชนบ้านเพหลาต้ ได้แก่ ประชาชนให้ความร่วมมือในการจัดการป่าชุมชนยังไม่มากเท่าที่ควร การประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการจัดการป่าชุมชนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐและผู้นำชุมชนยังไม่เพียงพอ และทั่วถึง ส่วนข้อ เสนอแนะที่ได้จากการศึกษา คือ ควรมีการติดป้ายเตือน/กฎ/ระเบียบและมีมาตรการบทลงโทษอย่างจริงจัง สร้างจิตสำนึก กระตุ้นให้คนในชุมชนเกิดความตระหนักในคุณค่าและเห็นถึงความสำคัญ ของการเข้าร่วมจัดการป่าชุมชน โดยการสนับสนุนของหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน ส่งเสริมและให้โอกาสประชาชนได้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมให้มากขึ้น และประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับป่าชุมชน อย่างครบถ้วนชัดเจนและทั่วถึง เพื่อให้การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนมีประสิทธิภาพและนำไปสู่ความยั้ง่ยืนต่อไป | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aimed to study (1) general information, economy and society of people in Ban Phe La Tai (2) the participation level of people in Ban Phe La Tai Community Forest Management; and (3) problems/obstacles and suggestions on Ban Phe La Tai Community Forest Management, Phe La Sub-district, Khlong Thom District, Krabi Province. This research was a survey research. The sample used in this research was heads of households or representatives of households from a total population of 507 people. The Yamane formula was used to define the sample size of 224 people. The tool used in this research was questionnaire, and statistics used in data analysis were percentage, frequency distribution, mean and standard deviation. The results found that (1) for the sample used in this research, 59.8 percent were male, 41 percent aged between 15-25 years, 34.4 percent of sample were heads of their household, 43.7 percent had a social position, 53.6 percent graduated with a Bachelor’s degree, 80.4 percent were Buddhist, 52.7 percent worked mainly as a government official/ state enterprise’s officer, 27.2 percent earned a salary of 15,001- 20,000 Baht per month, 79.5 percent participated in public events of the village, 70.1 percent had received information on community forest, and 70.5 percent understood only a little information about community forests. (2) the participation of people in Ban Phe La Tai Community Forest Management was in moderate level. The overall nature of participation in community forest management found that people participated mainly to enjoy ultimate benefits, followed by the participation in practice, following up the evaluation results and participation in planning. (3) the primary problem/ obstacle of participation in Ban Phe La Tai Community Forest Management was that people did not participate in Community Forest Management as much as they should. The public relations activities regarding Community Forest Management made by government agencies and community leaders were inadequate and were not conducted thoroughly. The recommendation from this research included as follows: warning signs/rules/regulations should be publically posted and serious penalty should be applied for violations; people’s awareness of the value and importance of participation in Community Forest Management should be stimulated and the government and private sector should provide support and provide more opportunities for people to participate in Community Forest Management. Public relations about the information on Community Forest should be done completely, clearly and thoroughly to encourage the participation of people to be effective and to lead to sustainability. | - |
