| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทั่วไปของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 2) บทบาทของสหกรณ์ในการพัฒนาด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และการเมืองของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสภาพทั่วไปของสมาชิกสหกรณ์กับบทบาทสหกรณ์ในการพัฒนาด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และการเมือง และ 4) ปัญหาอุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และการเมืองของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรบางคนที จำกัด จังหวัด สมุทรสงคราม ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรบางคนที จำกัด ณ วันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2559 จำนวน 907 คน ศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยกำ หนดขนาดตัวอย่างตามสูตรของยามาเน่ จำนวน 278 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช่ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลั่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานไคสแควร์ และการวิคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สมาชิกสหกรณ์ส่วนใหญ่เพศชาย (ร้อยละ 55) อายุ 46 - 50 ปี (ร้อยละ 19) การศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา (ร้อยละ 34) อาชีพทำสวนผลไม้ (ร้อยละ 61) รายได้ต่อเดือนเฉลี่ย 10,001 - 12,000 บาท ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก 6 - 10 ปี (ร้อยละ 34) 2) บทบาทสหกรณ์ในการพัฒนาสมาชิก ด้านเศรษฐกิจ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก คือ การเป็นแหล่งเงินทุนให้เงินกู้ การหาปัจจัยทางการเกษตรและสินค้ามาจำหน่าย การส่งเสริมการออม/ฝากเงิน การลดต้น ทุนการผลิต การเพิ่มรายได้ในการประกอบอาชีพ และการลดรายจ่ายในการประกอบอาชีพ ตามลำดับ ด้านสังคม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากคือ การเผยแพร่ให้ความรู้ ข้อมูลและข่าวสาร การจัดสรรเงินทุนสวัสดิการสาธารณะประโยชน์ และการให้ความร่วมมือกับสมาชิกและชุมชน ตามลำดับ และด้านการเมือง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก คือ ความเสมอภาค สิทธิเสรีภาพ การมีส่วนร่วม และการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตย ตามลำดับ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ของสภาพทั่วไปของสมาชิกส่วนใหญ่มีความสัมพันธ์กับบทบาทสหกรณ์ในการพัฒนาด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคม และด้านการเมืองของสมาชิกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิตที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 4) ปัญหาและอุปสรรค คือ สมาชิกผิดนัดชำระหนี้ และสมาชิกได้รับการส่งเสริมอาชีพไม่จริงจัง ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ สหกรณ์ควรส่งเสริมให้สมาชิกที่มีอายุน้อยเป็นกรรมการ สหกรณ์ควรส่งเสริมอาชีพอย่างจริงจัง และสหกรณ์ควรติดตามหนี้อย่างจริงจัง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this independent study were to study 1) general circumstance of the cooperatives members, 2) role of the cooperatives in economic, social and political development of cooperatives members, 3) the relationships between the general circumstance of the cooperatives member and role of the cooperative in economic, social and political development, and 4) problems and suggestions for economic, social and political development of Bangkhontee Cooperatives, Limited members in Samut Songkhram Province. Population in this study was a number of 907 Bangkhontee Cooperatives, Limited members as of December 31, 2016. By Yamane formula, 278 members were identified and selected as the sample group. Study instrument was questionnaires. Statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square and contents analysis. Study results were as follows. 1) Most of the cooperatives members were male (55%), aged 46-50 years (19%). They finished primary education (34%). Their occupation was orchard farmer (61%). Their average monthly income was 10,001 - 12,000 baht. The length of their cooperatives membership was 6-10 years (34%). 2) The role of the cooperatives in developing its members; in economic aspect, the overall was at high level i.e. being a loan source, seeking agricultural factors and goods for selling, promoting savings/money deposit, reducing production cost, increasing income from occupation and reducing expense from making a living, respectively. In social aspect, the overall was at high level such as dissemination of knowledge, updated information and news, allocation of funds for public benefit welfare and full cooperation with members and community, respectively. In political aspect, the overall was at high level such as equity, right, freedom, participatory approach and promotion of democracy, respectively. 3) Relationship with members; most of the members’ general circumstance had relationship with the cooperatives’ role in economic, social and political development members at 0.05 statistical significance. 4) Problems found were members’ default and inactive promotion of occupation. They suggested young members should have been appointed committee members. Also suggestion included an active promotion of occupation as well as seriously debt collection from members. | - |
