| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การแบ่งระดับสมรรถนะของพยาบาลประจำการที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุ ศูนย์อุบัติเหตุ โรงพยาบาลของรัฐ 2) สมรรถนะที่ต้องมีและจำนวนปีประสบการณ์ที่เหมาะสมตามบันไดอาชีพของพยาบาลประจำการในหอผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุ ศูนย์อุบัติเหตุ โรงพยาบาลของรัฐ ตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาในครั้งนี้ คือ พยาบาลประจำการที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุ ศูนย์อุบัติเหตุระดับ 1 ในโรงพยาบาลของรัฐ ที่มีประสบการณ์ตั้งแต่ 5 ปีขึ้นไป ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย จำนวน 108 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ 0.97 และวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และมัธยฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พยาบาลประจำการในหอผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุร้อยละ 48.1 มีความเห็นว่าสมรรถนะของพยาบาลประจำการที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุ ศูนย์อุบัติเหตุ โรงพยาบาลของรัฐ ควรแบ่งเป็น 5 ระดับ โดยระดับ 1 ควรมีประสบการณ์ 0-2 ปี ระดับ 2 ควรมีประสบการณ์ 3-4 ปี ระดับ 3 ควรมี ประสบการณ์ 5-6 ปี ระดับ 4 ควรมีประสบการณ์ 7-10 ปี และระดับ 5 ควรมีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 10 ปีขึ้นไป 2) พยาบาลประจำการในหอผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุ มีความเห็นว่า พยาบาลประจำการในหอผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุ ศูนย์อุบัติเหตุ โรงพยาบาลของรัฐ ต้องมีสมรรถนะตามบันไดอาชีพโดยรวมทั้ง 8 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการประเมินอาการ ด้านการวางแผนการพยาบาล ด้านกิจกรรมการพยาบาล ด้านวิชาการ ด้านกฎหมายและจริยธรรม ด้านภาวะผู้นำและการบริหาร ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารและประสานงาน และด้านการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพ โดยพยาบาลประจำการในหอผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุ ศูนย์อุบัติเหตุ โรงพยาบาลของรัฐ ที่มีประสบการณ์ 1 ปี ต้องมีสมรรถนะในด้านการประเมินอาการ และด้านกิจกรรมการพยาบาลประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ต้องมีสมรรถนะด้านการประเมินอาการ ด้านการวางแผนการพยาบาล ด้านกิจกรรมการพยาบาล ด้านการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพ และด้านกฎหมายและจริยธรรมประสบการณ์ 3 ปี ต้องมีสมรรถนะด้านการประเมินอาการ ด้านการวางแผนการพยาบาล ด้านกิจกรรมการพยาบาล ด้านวิชาการ และด้านการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพ ด้านกฎหมายและจริยธรรม และด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารและประสานงาน ประสบการณ์ 4 ปี ต้องมีสมรรถนะด้านการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพ ด้านกฎหมายและจริยธรรม และด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารและประสานงาน ประสบการณ์ 5 ปี ต้องมีสมรรถนะด้านการประเมินอาการ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านภาวะผู้นำและการบริหาร และด้านการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพ และประสบการณ์ 6 ปี ต้องมีสมรรถนะด้านวิชาการ และด้านภาวะผู้นำและการบริหาร | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this survey research was to study 1) levels of competency among staff nurses m trauma wards of trauma units in government hospitals; 2) competency requirements and adequate years of working experience among staff nurses m trauma wards of trauma units in government hospitals, base on career ladder. Samples in this study consisted of 108 nurses, having at least five years of experience on working in trauma wards of trauma units level 1 in government hospitals. They were selected by simple random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaires with the reliability of .97. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, and median were used in statistical analyses. Results of the study showed that 1) 48.1% of staff nurses in trauma ward responded that there should be five levels of competency among staff nurses in trauma unit based on years of experience (i.e., 0-2 years = level 1, 3-4 years = level 2, 5-6 years = level 3,7-10 years = level 4, and above 10 years = level 5, respectively). 2) Trauma unit nurses responded that the competency of staff nurses in trauma wards of trauma units must compose of 8 required competencies at highest level. All required competencies consisted of assessment competency, nursing care plan competency, nursing care competency, academic competency, law and ethics competency, leadership and administrative competency, communication and co-operative competency, and resuscitation competency. In particular, they suggested that trauma unit nurses, with 1-year-working experience must have assessment competency and nursing care competency. Trauma unit nurses, with 2-year-working experience must have assessment competency, nursing care plan competency, nursing care competency, resuscitation competency and law and ethics competency. Trauma unit nurses, with 3-year-working experience must have assessment competency, nursing care plan competency, nursing care competency, academic competency, resuscitation competency, law and ethics competency and communication and co-operative competency. Trauma unit nurses, with 4-year-working experience must have resuscitation competency, law and ethics competency and communication and co-operative competency. Trauma unit nurses, with 5-year-working experience must have assessment competency, academic competency, leadership and administrative competency and resuscitation competency.
