dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์ของโรงเรียนสาธิตแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ศูนยวิจัยและพัฒนาการศึกษา ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นระบบที่ผู้ใช้สามารถบันทึกข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์ข้อมูลการแจ้งซ่อมครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์และข้อมูลอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์ ค้นหาข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์และข้อมูลการแจังซ่อม รวมทั้งออกรายงานที่สนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการ กับครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์วิธีการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์ใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศโดยเริ่มจากการศึกษาปัญหาและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของผู้ใช้ปัญหาสำคัญที่พบ คือ ระบบที่ใช้เดิมเป็นระบบมือ ทำให้ผู้ใช้ไม่ได้รับความสะดวกในการจัดเก็บ ค้นหาและจัดทำรายงาน จากนั้นจึงทำการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบใหม่ ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 4 ระบบงานย่อย คือ ระบบจัดการข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์ระบบจัดการข้อมูลการซ่อมและติดตาม การซ่อมครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์ระบบค้นคืนข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงาน และระบบจัดการข้อมูลผู้ใช้ระบบการพัฒนาระบบได้ใช้ภาษา Microsoft Visual Basic.Net และโปรแกรมจัดการฐานข้อมูล Microsoft Access 2003 ภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows XP ผลการวิจัยนี้ ทำให้ได้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยให้การจัดทำทะเบียนครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์มีประสทธีภาพมากขึ้น สามารถบันทึกการซ่อมและติดตามการซ่อมครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์ได้อย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว การค้นหาข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงานทำได้อย่างสะดวกรวดเร็ว และผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศพบว่า ในภาพรวมผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจต่อการทำงานของระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นในระดับดีth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThis study was research and development. The purpose of this research was to develop Information System for Computer Equipment Management at Kasetsart University Laboratory School Center for Educational Research and Development. The developed system allowed users to input and search for data on computer equipment, computer equipment maintenance and other information related to the computer equipment. Thus, it enabled users to write reports supporting computer administration. The system development life cycle methodology was used. A preliminary study focused on the problems and the analysis of user needs. Initially, the major problem of the existing system was the lack of computer based system which made it inconvenient collect, search and print out the reports. Afterwards, the system analysis and design yielded a new information system consisting of four subsystems: 1) computer equipment data management subsystem, 2) computer equipment maintenance and monitoring data management subsystem, 3) information retrieval and report subsystem, and 4) user access data management subsystem. The research tools used in this research were Microsoft Visual Basic.Net and Microsoft Access 2003 under Microsoft Windows XP operating system. The result of the study showed that the developed information system could efficiently support management of computer equipment registration data. Furthermore, users could input and monitor computer equipment maintenance data correctly and quickly. Searching and reporting were conveniently conducted. The evaluation of the information system revealed that most users were satisfied with the overall system at the good levelen_US
