dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้บริโภคข้าวกล้องในจังหวัดบึงกาฬ 2) พฤติกรรมการซื้อข้าวกล้องของผู้บริโภค 3) ปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดในการตัดสินใจซื้อข้าวกล้องของผู้บริโภค 4) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการซื้อข้าวกล้องของผู้บริโภค และ 5) ปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการซื้อข้าวกล้องของผู้บริโภค ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้บริโภคส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 31 - 40 ปี สถานภาพสมรส จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ประกอบอาชีพธุรกิจส่วนตัว จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน 3-4 คน จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนที่มีรายได้ 1-2 คน รายได้เฉลี่ยของครัวเรือนต่อเดือนมากที่สุดที่ 10,001 - 20,000 บาท 2) พฤติกรรมการซื้อข้าวกล้องของผู้บริโภคคือ ส่วนใหญ่ซื้อเพราะข้าวกล้องมีประโยชน์ต่อสุขภาพ ชนิดของข้าวกล้องที่ซื้อเป็นประจำคือ ข้าวกล้องทั่วไป ชนิดของบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ซื้อเป็นแบบสุญญากาศ ขนาดบรรจุถุงละ 1 กิโลกรัม ความถี่ในการซื้อคือ เดือนละ 1 ครั้ง ปริมาณ ที่ซื้อในแต่ละครั้งคือ 1 กิโลกรัม ผู้มีอิทธิพลต่อการซื้อคือตนเอง ข้าวกล้องที่ซื้อมาจากผู้ผลิตคือเกษตรกรหรือกลุ่มเกษตรกรมากที่สุด เนื่องจากหาซื้อได้ง่าย แหล่งที่ซื้อมากที่สุดคือร้านค้าของกลุ่มเกษตรกรหรือวิสาหกิจชุมชน รับทราบข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับข้าวกล้องจากโทรทัศน์มากที่สุด และในอนาคตจะซื้อข้าวกล้องเพื่อการบริโภคต่อแน่นอน 3) ปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดมีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อข้าวกล้องของผู้บริโภคโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจำแนก เป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านราคาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์และด้านการจัดจำหน่ายอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาดอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 4) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการซื้อข้าวกล้อง ได้แก่ อายุมีผลต่อความถี่ในการซื้อและปริมาณที่ซื้อ ระดับการศึกษามีผลต่อชนิดบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ซื้อ อาชีพมีผลต่อชนิดของข้าวกล้อง ที่ซื้อ ชนิดบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ซื้อ ความถี่ในการซื้อ และกลุ่มผู้ผลิตที่ซื้อ และรายได้เฉลี่ยของครัวเรือนต่อเดือนมีผลต่อปริมาณที่ซื้อ โดยมีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 5) ปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาด ทั้งสี่ปัจจัยมีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการซื้อข้าวกล้อง โดยปัจจัยผลิตภัณฑ์มีผลต่อชนิดบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ซื้อและกลุ่มผู้ผลิตที่ซื้อ ราคามีผลต่อชนิดของข้าวกล้องที่ซื้อและขนาดบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ซื้อ การจัดจำหน่ายมีผลต่อชนิดของข้าวกล้องที่ซื้อ และการส่งเสริมการตลาดมีผลต่อชนิดของข้าวกล้องที่ซื้อ ชนิดบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ซื้อ และกลุ่มผู้ผลิตที่ซื้อโดยมีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | th_TH |

dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of the research were to study 1) personal factors of consumers in Bueng Kan Province who consumed brown rice; 2) their buying behavior; 3) marketing mix factors influencing the consumers’ buying decision; 4) personal factors affecting their buying behavior, and 5) marketing mix factors affecting their buying behavior. The study population consisted of consumers, aged 15 years and over, who had bought brown rice in Bueng Kan Province. The sample size was calculated using the formula for unknown population number at 95% confidence level and 5% error. Four hundred samples were selected by purposive sampling. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-Square, and Cramer’s V. The results showed that 1) the majority of the consumers were female, 31– 40 years old, married, with primary school level education, employed as independent business owners, with 3-4 members in their households, 1-2 members having earnings with an average income of 10,001 – 20,000 baht per household per month. 2) Most consumers bought brown rice because of its benefit for health. The brown rice regularly bought was general type, packaged in 1 kilogram vacuum bag, and usually bought once a month. The buying decisions were made by the respondents themselves. They mainly bought the product from local farmers or farmer group producers because of its availability and bought from the farmer groups or community groups’ shops. Their main source of information about brown rice was mostly from television. Most samples indicated that they would definitely buy brown rice in the future. 3) Overall, buying decisions were influenced by marketing mix factors to a high degree. The factor of price was rated at the highest level, while product and place were rated at high level, and promotion was rated at moderate level. 4) Personal factors affecting consumers’ buying behavior were age that affected buying frequency and the quantity bought each time, education level that affected the type of packaging bought, occupation that affected the type of brown rice bought, the type of packaging bought, buying frequency and the group of producers bought, and average household monthly income that affected the quantity bought each time, since they had statistically significant relationship at 0.05 level of significance. 5) All marketing mix factors affected consumers’ buying behavior. Those were product affected the type of packaging bought and the group of producers bought, price affected the type of brown rice bought and the size of packaging bought, place affected the type of brown rice bought, and promotion affected the type of brown rice bought, the type of packaging bought, and the group of producers bought, since all the factors had statistically significant relationship at 0.05 level of significance. | en_US |
