| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการใช้หลักสูตรโตไปไม่โกงตามนโยบายของ ผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร ในสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร (2) เพื่อ เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรโตไปไม่โกง ระหว่างกลุ่มผู้บริหารและกลุ่มครูผู้สอนในสังกัด สํานักงานเขตบางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร (3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรโตไปไม่โกง จําแนกตามกลุ่มวิทยฐานะของครูในสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร และ (4) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา กรุงเทพมหานคร และข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรโตไปไม่โกงของข้าราชการครูในสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางแค กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูในสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร จํานวน 250 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย โดยเปิดตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และการทดสอบค่าที กรณีพบความ แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ จะทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีการของ เชฟเฟ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการใช้หลักสูตรโตไปไม่ โกงตามนโยบายของผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวม มีความสอดคล้องกัน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบ ความคิดเห็น เกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรโตไปไม่โกง ระหว่างกลุ่มผู้บริหาร และกลุ่มครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงาน เขตบางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวม มีความคิดเห็นที่ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็น เกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรโตไปไม่โกงในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร จําแนกตาม กลุ่มวิทยฐานะ โดยรวม พบว่า กลุ่มที่ไม่มีวิทยฐานะและกลุ่มวิทยฐานะชํานาญการ มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่าง กันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เช่นเดียวกับ กลุ่มวิทยฐานะชํานาญการและกลุ่มวิทยฐานะชํานาญ การพิเศษ ที่มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนกลุ่มที่ไม่มีวิทยฐานะและกลุ่มวิทย ฐานะชํานาญการพิเศษ มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน 4) ปัญหา โดยรวม พบว่า ครูผู้รับผิดชอบยังขาดความ เข้าใจในการดําเนินกิจกรรม และขาดการดูแลติดตามของผู้บริหารอย่างต่อเนื่อง ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะ โดยรวม พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรชี้แจง การดําเนินกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตรโตไปไม่โกงให้ครูผู้สอนได้เข้าใจอย่าง ชัดเจน และมีการกํากับติดตามการดําเนินกิจกรรมต่างๆ ตามหลักสูตรฯอย่างต่อเนื่อง และค อื่นๆ ที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษาโดยตรงลงบ้าง เพื่อให้ครูได้มีเวลาจัดเตรียมการสอนที่ครอบคลุมเนื้อหา สาระตามหลักสูตร และควรมีการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฯ ให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ | th_TH |
