| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 ตามความคิดเห็นของครู และ (2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 357 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น และใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยว ชาญ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98 และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การใช้เทคโนโลยีในการบริหาร ความเป็นผู้นำและมีวิสัยทัศน์ ความรู้ทางกฎหมายด้านเทคโนโลยี และการปฏิบัติจริยธรรมในการใช้เทคโนโลยี การใช้เทคโนโลยีในการวัดผล และการประเมินผลความรู้ในการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการเรียนการสอน และการสนับสนุนการจัดการ และการดำเนินการด้านเทคโนโลยี ตามลำดับ (2) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า (2.1) ควรได้รับการพัฒนาด้านความรู้ในการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการเรียนการสอน โดยการฝึกอบรมเป็นระยะ ๆ รวมทั้งได้รับการส่งเสริมให้มีการประกวด และการออกแบบสื่อหรือนวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีในการเรียนการสอน (2.2) ควรได้รับการพัฒนาความเป็นผู้นำและมีวิสัยทัศน์ด้านเทคโนโลยี โดยการแบ่งปันแนวคิดซึ่งกันและกันภายในกลุ่มผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และการศึกษาดูงานในสถานศึกษาที่มีผลงานเชิงประจักษ์ด้านเทคโนโลยี (2.3) ควรได้รับการพัฒนาความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการบริหาร โดยการทดสอบความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และการแลกเปลี่ยนสัมมนาแนวคิดในการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการบริหารโดยใช้เครือข่ายทางการบริหารระหว่างสถานศึกษา (2.4) ควรได้รับการพัฒนาด้านการให้การสนับสนุน การจัดการและการปฏิบัติโดยใช้เทคโนโลยี โดยการพัฒนาแนวทางการปฏิบัติให้ครูในการใช้เทคโนโลยี (2.5) ควรได้รับการพัฒนาให้มีความรู้ ความสามารถในการวัดและประเมินผลทางการศึกษาโดยการพัฒนาการออก แบบการวัด และประเมินผลเพื่อการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคโนโลยี การฝึกปฏิบัติ ซ้ำ ๆ จนสามารถเป็นผู้ให้คำแนะนำ คำปรึกษาแก่ครูและบุคลากรได้ (2.6) ควรมีการพัฒนาตนเองให้มีองค์ความรู้ด้านกฎหมายอย่างชัดเจน และครอบคลุมกับภารกิจที่รับผิดชอบ โดยการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การสัมมนา การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ และการสร้างเครือข่ายทางวิชาชีพ และ (2.7) ควรได้รับการพัฒนาให้สามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีอย่างมีจริยธรรม โดยการฝึกอบรมการใช้เทคโนโลยีด้วยความรับผิดชอบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และเคารพกฎระเบียบ กติกา และมารยาทในการใช้เทคโนโลยี | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to study technological leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 1, as perceived by teachers; and (2) to study guidelines for development of technological leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 1. The sample consisted of 357 teachers under the Office of Educational Service Area 1 during the academic year 2015, obtained by stratified and simple random sampling. The key informants for interviews were 5 experts. The employed research instruments were a rating-scale questionnaire, with reliability coefficient of .98, and an interview form. Quantitative data were statistically analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation; while qualitative data were analyzed with content analysis. The research findings were as follows: (1) the overall rating mean for technological leadership of the school administrators was at the high level; when specific aspects of technological leadership of the school administrators were considered, the aspect receiving the top rating mean was that of the use of technology in management, followed by leadership and vision; legal knowledge of technology and practices; ethics in the use of technology; using of technology in measurement and evaluation; knowledge on using technology in instruction; and technological support, management, and operation, respectively; and (2) the guidelines for development of technological leadership of school administrators were as follows: (2.1) they should be developed to have knowledge on using technology in instruction by consecutive training including the promotion of contest and design of media and technological innovations in instruction; (2.2) they should be developed to have leadership and vision in technology using mutual concept sharing among the groups of school administrators and visits to schools having distinguished works on educational technology; (2.3) they should be developed to be equipped with the competency in using technology in management by testing the use of management technology and exchanging concepts in using technology in management with school management network; (2.4) they should be developed on provision of the supports, management and practice on the use of technology with development of guidelines in using technology for teachers; (2.5) they should be developed to be equipped with knowledge and ability in the use of technology in educational measurement and evaluation by engaging in repeated practices until they can provide advices to teachers and personnel; (2.6) they should be developed to have clear and comprehensive legal knowledge of technology and practices via attending the workshops, seminars, sharing of professional knowledge, and establishing professional networks; and (7) they should be developed to be able to use technology ethically by being trained on the responsible uses of technology regularly, and courtesy and respect for the rules and regulations on the use of technology. | en_US |
