| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัฅถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ และปัญหาการดำเนินงานการจัดศูนย์การเรียน ชุมชน ในเขตลาดกระบัง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของ ชุมชน ด้านอาคารสถานที่ (2) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็น/ความต้องการของผู้รับบริการ บุคลากรการศึกษานอก โรงเรียน และบุคลากรในเครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษานอกโรงเรียน ในเขตลาดกระบัง ต่อรูปแบบการ ดำเนินงานการจัดการศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนเพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตในเขตลาดกระบัง (3) เพื่อพัฒนาและเสนอ รูปแบบ ศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนเพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวตในเขตลาดกระบัง ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้กลุ่มตัวอย่างรวม 326 คน ประกอบด้วย บุคลากรการศึกษานอกโรงเรียนใน พื้นที่ศูนย์การศึกษานอกโรงเรียนกรุงเทพมหานคร 419 คน บุคลากรในเครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวของกับการศึกษานอก โรงเรียนในเขตลาดกระบัง 57 คน ผู้รับบริการการศึกษานอกโรงเรียนในเขตลาดกระบัง 250 คน ใช้ แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนี้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) สภาพ และปัญหาการดำเนินงานการจัดศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนในเขต ลาดกระบัง ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ด้านอาคารสถานที่ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ระดับการปฎิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ระดับปัญหาอยู่ไนระดับน้อย (2) ความคิดเห็น/ความต้องการของ ผู้รับบริการ บุคลากรการศึกษาและบุคลากรในเครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษานอกโรงเรียนในเขต ลาดกระบัง ต่อรูปแบบการดำเนินงานการจัดการศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนเพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตในเขตลาดกระบัง ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ด้านอาคารสถานที่ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน มีความคิดเห็น/ความ ต้องการทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) รูปแบบศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนเพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตในเขตลาดกระบัง วิเคราะห์โดยเนื้อหาพบว่า ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ควรมีการอบรมครูศูนย์การเรียนชุมชมได้เรียนรู้และทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับแนวทางปฎิบัติในการจัดทำแผน/โครงการ ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ควรให้มีการดำเนินการจัด การศึกษาสายสามัญทั้งระดับประถมศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย และการสอนวิชาชีพ หลักสูตรระยะสั้น ด้านอาคารสถานที่ ศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนควรอยู่ในแหล่งชุมชน และภายในศูนย์การเรียนชุมชน มีพื้นที่สำหรับการติดต่อและบริการ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ควรให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผน และ จัดลำดับความต้องการและปัญหาของชุมชน | th_TH |

The samples of community learning center learning center in non-formal education in Bangkok. Data were collected from the total of 326 community learning center personnel consisting of 19 nonformal education administrators, 57 personnel of network in non-formal education center education and 250 of satisfaction in non-formal education Lat krabang District. The tools used are the average value questionnaires. The data analysis is done by showing the frequency, percentage, mean, standard division and the content Analysis. The Result as follow ะ (1) The operational problems As the administration and management As to activity and instructional provision As to location of the community learning center As to participation in the overall picture, reveals is at average level problem at a little level. (2) The needs / opinion of satisfaction , nonformal education administrators, community learning center teachers, and network of nonformal education for model of the community learning centers for promoting lifelong learning in Lat krabang District. As administration and management, As to activity and instructional provision, As to location of the community learning center, As to participation all of in the overall picture, reveals is high level (3) The development and a proposed Model of community learning center for promoting lifelong learning in Lat Krabang District as analyzed by content analysis, the following recommandations were proposed: As administration and management should be training community learning center teachers about guidelines plan and project, As to activity and instructional provision should be basic education. The centre may organize basic education-ranging from primary education to upper- secondary education levels; and vocational/career education is organized as short- course skills training, As to location of the community learning center should be on middle community , As to participation should be participation for plan of problem and needs community | en_US |
