dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำด้านการจัดการเรียน การสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 12 ตามการรับรู้ของครู และ (2) เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำด้านการจัด การเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 12 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการสอนของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 12 ในปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 306 คน จากโรงเรียน 13 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเที่ยง .96 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นาด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 12 ตามการรับรู้ของครู โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับเกิดขึ้นบ่อยครั้ง และ (2) ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการสอนแตกต่างกันมีการรับรู้พฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were (1) to investigate instructional management leadership behaviors of school administrators in world class standard schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 12 based on perception of teachers; and (2) to compare the instructional management leadership behaviors of school administrators as classified by teachers’ educational qualification and teaching experience. The sample consisted of 306 teachers from 13 world class standard schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 12 in the academic year 2014. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire, with reliability coefficients of .96. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA. The research findings were as follows: (1) the overall instructional management leadership behaviors of school administrators in world class standard schools based on perception of teachers was at the “occurring often” level; and (2) teachers with different educational qualifications and teaching experiences significantly differed in their perceptions of the school administrator’s overall instructional management leadership behaviors at the .01 levelen_US
