| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาถึงความจำเป็นในการมีกำนันและ ผู้ใหญ่บ้านในเขตเทศบาล (2) ศึกษาถึงอำนาจหน้าที่และบทบาทของกำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้านในเขด เทศบาล (3) ศึกษาถึงการจัดบริการสาธารณะตามอำนาจหน้าที่ของกำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้านในเขต เทศบาล พื้นที่หลักที่ศึกษาได้แก่ เทศบาลตำบลบ้านสร้าง อำเภอบ้านสร้าง จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี ซึ่งกำหนดโดยวิธีเฉพาะเจาะจง จากเทศบาลตำบล จำนวน 8 แห่ง ในจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี ที่ยังคงมี กำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้าน พื้นที่ที่ศึกษาอีกพึ้นที่หนึ่งซึ่งใช้ในการศึกษาเทียบเคียง คือ เทศบาลตำบล กบินทร์ อำเภอกบินทร์ จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี ซึ่งเปืนเทศบาลตำบลแห่งเดียวในจังหวัดปราจีนบุรีที่ไม่มี กำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสำรวจและแบบสัมภาษณ์ การวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนาและวิธีวิเคราะห์เนี้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) บทบาทของกำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้านภายในเขตเทศบาลมีค่อนข้าง จำกัด (2) การจัดบริการสาธารณะตามอำนาจหน้าที่ของกำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้านภายในเขตเทศบาล ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบของเทศบาล (3) ไม่มีความจำเป็นที่ยังคงให้มีกำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้าน ภายในเขตเทศบาลต่อไป | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were (1) to study the necessity of Kamnan and Puyaiban in municipal area; (2) to study the authorities and roles of Kamnan and Puyaiban in municipal area; and (3) to study the provisions of public services prescribed as authorities of Kamnan and Puyaiban in municipal area. The main study area was Ban Sang Subdistrict Municipality, Ban Sang District, Prachin Buri Province which was selected by purposing sampling among 8 subdistrict municipalities in Prachin Buri where Kamnans and Puyaibans still remained. Another study area selected for the comparative study was Kabin Subdistrict Municipality, Kabin Buri District, Prachin Buri Province which was the only subdistrict municipality in Prachin Buri Province where there was no more Kamnan and Puyaiban. The research instruments were survey form and interview form. Data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and content analysis. The study revealed that (1) roles of Kamnan and Puyaiban in municipal area were rather limited; (2) most of public services prescribed as authorities of Kamnan and Puyaiban in municipal area were under the responsibility of the municipality; and (3) Kamnan and Puyaiban were not necessary to remain any longer in municipal area | en_US |
