| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ประเมินการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตบางสะพานอันเนื่องมาจากโครงการพัฒนาครูให้ใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ไนการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดประจวนคีรีขันธ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลไต้แก่ เลขานุการกลุ่มโรงเรียนกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จำนวน 1คน ผู้เข้ารับการอบรม จำวน 5 คน คณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนจำนวน 43 คน ผู้สอน จำนวน 132 คน และผู้เรียนจำนวน 2,321 คน ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ศึกษาจากประชากรทั้งหมด ยกเวันผู้เรียนใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น จำนวน 367 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วย แบบบันทึก แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอนถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ความถี่ และร้อยละ ประเด็นการประเมินประกอบด้วย การประเมินการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนของคณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียน ประเมินผู้สอนในการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ทั้ง 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ ประเภทบุคคล ประเภทสถานที่ ประเภทวัฒนธรรม ประเพณี และประเภทสื่อ วัสดุอุปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีของทุกกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้และประเมินการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนผลการประเมินพบว่า คณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนให้การส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ครูใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ในการเรียนการสอนอยู่ในระดับมากตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนพบว่ามีการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ทั้ง4ประเภทอยู่ในระดับน้อย-ปานกลางโดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิชาภาษาไทยวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ และวิชาการงานอาชีพ ใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ในการเรียนการสอน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิชาอื่น ๆ ใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับน้อย อย่างไรก็ตามผู้เรียนมีความเห็นว่า ทุกกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ ใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ทั้ง 4 ประเภทในการเรียนการสอนในระดับน้อยสำหรับการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนอันเนื่องมาจากการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้นั้น ทั้งผู้สอนและผู้เรียนมีความเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to evaluate the operation of schools in Bang Saphan United Campus as a result of the Teacher Development Project for Utilization of Local Learning Resources undertakenin secondary schools under the Department of General Education in Prachuap Khiri Khon province. The informant population consisted of one secretary of the school cluster under the Department of General Education in Prachuap Khiri Khan province, five project trainees, 43 school administrative board members, 32 teachers, and 2, 321 students. This research undertook data collection from the whole population except the students. The sample of 367 students were selected with the stratified random sampling technique to represent the whole of student population. Data collecting instruments consisted of an inventory form, an interview structure, and a questionnaire. The frequency and percentage were employed for data analysis. The evaluation included the following matters ะ encouragement and supports from the school administrative board for teach utilization of learning resources, teacher’s utilization of the four learning resources, namely, resource persons; resource places; cultural and tradition resources; and media, aids, and technology resources in all learning area groups, and the developing desirable characteristics of learners. Results of the evaluation showed that the school administrative board highly encouraged and supported the teachers to utilize learning resources in their instruction. Based on opinions of teachers, the utilization of four types of learning resources was at the low to moderate levels in Thai language learning area, while in the science, and career and technology learning areas the utilization was at the moderate level, and in other learning areas the utilization was at the low level. However, students had opinions that the utilization of all four types of learning resources was at the low level in all learning areas.
