| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครอง และ (2) ศึกษา ความต้องการของผู้ปกครองและชุมชนต่อการจัดการการศึกษาของโรงเรียนตามฝันแม่ใจ อำเภอแม่ใจ จังหวัดพะเยา ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย (1) ผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาของ โรงเรียนตามฝันแม่ใจ จำนวน 18 คน และ (2) ผู้นำชุมชน และประชาชนในหมู่บ้านในพื้นที่อำเภอ แม่ใจ จังหวัดพะเยา จำนวน 18 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แนวคำถามในการสนทนากลุ่ม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ (1) ผู้ปกครองพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนตามฝัน แม่ใจ โดยพึงพอใจต่อผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ต่อคุณภาพนักเรียน ต่อกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอน ต่อ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดการเรียนการสอน และต่อการประชาสัมพันธ์ของโรงเรียน อย่างไรก็ ตามผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่ยังไม่พึงพอใจต่อการปฏิบัติงานของครู และ (2) ความต้องการของ ผู้ปกครองและชุมชนต่อการจัดการการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมมีความต้องการให้โรงเรียนดำเนินการใน ด้านต่างๆ ดังนี้ (2.1) ความต้องการในด้านคุณภาพนักเรียน โดยต้องการให้พัฒนานักเรียนด้าน ทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหา ทักษะด้านการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ และเน้นวิชาหลักที่จะใช้สอบ เข้ามหาวิทยาลัย รวมทั้งการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะผู้เรียน ด้านกริยา มารยาท ความมีวินัย และความรัก และความภูมิใจในท้องถิ่น และ (2.2) ด้านครู ต้องการให้ครูมีความรู้ความสามารถในการจัดการเรียน การสอน นำความรู้จากแหล่งความรู้ต่างๆ มาสอนนักเรียน พัฒนางานวิจัยในชั้นเรียนเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา นักเรียน ปฏิบัติตนเป็นแบบอย่าง ให้ความเสมอภาคและความยุติธรรม อุทิศเวลา และให้ความรัก ความเมตตาต่อนักเรียน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to study the satisfaction of parents; and (2) to study the needs of parents and communities for educational management of Tam Fan Mae Chai School, Mae Chai district, Phayao province. The key research informants comprised two groups: (1) a group of 18 parents of secondary education students of Tam Fan Mae Chai School, and (2) a group of 18 community leaders and people in the area of Mae Chai district, Phayao province. The employed research instrument was a form containing question guidelines for focus group discussion. Data were analyzed with content analysis. Research findings could be concluded as follows: (1) the parents were satisfied with educational management of Tam Fan Mae Chai School; specifically, they were satisfied with the school administrator, with quality of the students, with the instructional process, with facilities for instructional management, and with the school’s public relations; however, the majority of parents were still not satisfied with work performance of the teachers; and (2) as for the needs of parents and communities for educational management of the school, they had the overall need for the school to manage in the following aspects: (2.1) in the aspect of quality of students, they would like the school to develop critical thinking and problem solving skills of the students with emphasis on main subjects that are required for entrance examination to the university; they also would like the school to develop desirable characteristics of the students in the aspects of manners and etiquette, discipline, and the love and pride for their locality; and (2.2) in the aspect of the teachers, they would like the school teachers to have knowledge and abilities on instructional management, to take knowledge from various knowledge sources to teach students, to conduct classroom research for solving student problems, to conduct themselves as good models for students, to treat students with equality and justice, to devote their time to their work, and to give the love and compassion to students | en_US |
