| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพร้อมในการนำหลักการบริหาร กิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีมาใช้ในการบริหารโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกลัา จังหวัดนครนายก (2) ศึกษาความพร้อมของโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกลัา จังหวัดนครนายก ในการนำหลักการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีมาใช้ในการบริหารโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกลัา จังหวัดนครนายก (3) เสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาอุปสรรค ในการนำหลักการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีมาใช้ในการบริหารโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า จังหวัดนครนายก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ช้าราชการโรงเรียนนาย!'อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า จังหวัดนครนายก จำนวน 297 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) จากการทดสอบทางสถิติการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ พบว่าปัจจัยที่ส่งผล ต่อความพร้อมในการนำหลักการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีมาใช้ในการบริหารโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกลัาจังหวัดนครนายก ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านการบริหาร ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมและปัจจัยสนับสนุน(2) ความพรัอม ของโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า จังหวัดนครนายก ได้แก่ ด้านหลักนิติธรรม ด้านหลักคุณธรรม ด้านหลัก ความโปร่งใส ด้านหลักความมีส่วนร่วม ด้านหลักความสำนิกรับผิดชอบ และด้านหลักความคุ้มค่า มีความพร้อมอยู่ในระดับมาก ทุกด้าน (3) ช้อเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา อุปสรรคในการนำหลักการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีมาใช้ในการบริหารโรงเรียนนายรัอยพระจุลจอมเกล้า จังหวัดนครนายก คือ ผู้บังคับบัญชาควรมีการกระจายอำนาจและเปิดโอกาสให้ข้าราชการฯ มีการแสดงความสามารถทางด้านวิชาการตามสาขาที่ได้รับการบรรจุ การปลูกจิตสำนักสร้างขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อพัฒนาความพร้อมในการนำหลักการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีมาใช้ในการบริหาร คือ องค์กรควรจะมีการฝึกอบรม การสัมมนา การพัฒนาข้าราชการฯ โดยการสรัางจิตสำนัก การรู้รักสามัคคี ภายในองค์กรอย่างต่อเนื่องภายในหน่วยงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ จัดให้มีกิจกรรมหรือการมีส่วนร่วมภายในองค์กรอย่างเสมอภาค ควรจะนำหลักการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีมาใช้ในการบริหาร แบบค่อยเป็นค่อยไป จะทำให้บรรลุผลสำเร็จได้ในระยะยาว | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to (1) study the factors that affect the implmentation of good governance principles to the management of Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy, Nakhon Nayok province (2) study the readiness of Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy, Nakhon-Nayok to implement good governance principles (3) recommend the solutions to sovle problems and obstacles of good governance principles implementation in Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy, Nakhon Nayok province. Samples were 297 government officials of Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy, Nakhon Nayok province. Equipment used was questionnaire. Statisticaltools employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation, variance analysis and multiple regression. Results from this research could be concluded as followings: (1) using multiple regression, the factors that affect the implementation of good governance principles to manage the Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy, Nakhon Nayok province are management, environment and supporting factors, (2) the readiness of Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy, Nakhon-Nayok, such as the Rule of Laws, Ethics, Transparency, Participation, Accountability, and Value for Money, to implement good governance principles arc in high level, and (3) the solution recommendations to solve problems and the obstacles of good governance principles implementation are: the high level commanders should decentralize their power and provide subordinates' opportunities to express their academic ablities, the conciousness regarding work enthusiasm should be instilled, and the morale should also be encouraged. Suggestion drawn from this research to improve the readiness of good governance principles are: the officials should be provided with appropriate training for developing their elevated conscious on harmony within the organization, the activities to foster equal participation should be arranged too, and to ensure long run accomplishment, the principles of good governance should be slowly and continuously implemented | en_US |
