| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศตามนโยบายของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการในสถานศึกษาประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศตามนโยบายของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการระหว่างผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ และ (3) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศตามนโยบายของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการในสถานศึกษาประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดนครสวรรค์จำแนกตามวิทยฐานะของบุคลากร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานจำนวน 151 โรงเรียนในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 151 คน ได้มาด้วยวิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง และครูผู้สอน 306 คน ได้มาด้วยวิธีการสุ่มโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน รวมจำนวนทั้งหมด 457 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ (1) สภาพความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยง ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศตามนโยบายของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการในสถานศึกษาประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ มีความเสี่ยงในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน โดยกระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยงตามนโยบายของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ คือ กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ของความเสี่ยง การจัดการและจัดทำแผนบริหารความเสี่ยง การประเมินความเสี่ยง การระบุความเสี่ยง และการรายงานและติดตามผล (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศตามนโยบายของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการระหว่างผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับครูผู้สอน โดยภาพรวมไม่พบความแตกต่าง และ (3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศตามนโยบายของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการในสถานศึกษาประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดนครสวรรค์จำแนกตามวิทยฐานะของบุคลากร พบว่าโดยภาพรวม พบความแตกต่าง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to study opinions toward the risk management process in the use of information technology based on policy of the Ministry of Education in primary schools under Nakhon Sawan Provincial Education Office; (2) to compare opinions of school administrators with opinions of teachers toward the risk management process in the use of information technology based on policy of the Ministry of Education in primary schools under Nakhon Sawan Provincial Education Office; and (3) to compare opinions of school personnel with different educational qualifications toward the risk management process in the use of information technology based on policy of the Ministry of Education in primary schools under Nakhon Sawan Provincial Education Office. The research sample consisted of 151 basic education schools in Nakhon Sawan province. The research informants totaling 457 school personnel consisted of 151 purposively selected school administrators and 306 randomly selected teachers the number of which was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. Research findings were as follows: (1) regarding opinions toward the risk management process in the use of information technology based on policy of the Ministry of Education in primary schools under Nakhon Sawan Provincial Education Office, it was found that the risks were perceived to be at the moderate level in all aspects of the process; the risk management process based on policy of the Ministry of Education comprised the determination of the risk objectives, the management and creation of risk management plans, the risk evaluation, the risk identification, and the risk reporting and follow-up; (2) no significant difference was found regarding comparison results of school administrators’ and teachers’ opinions toward the risk management process in the use of information technology based on policy of the Ministry of Education; and (3) significant difference at the .05 level was found regarding comparison results of overall opinions of school personnel with different educational qualifications toward the risk management process in the use of information technology based on policy of the Ministry of Education in primary schools under Nakhon Sawan Provincial Education Office | en_US |
