| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1).ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการ จัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแม่ทะประชาสามัคคี จังหวัดลำปาง 2).เปรียบเทียบความ พึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแม่ทะประชาสามัคคี จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ และระดับการศึกษาของนักเรียนในปกครอง และ 3).เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานโรงเรียนแม่ทะประชาสามัคคี กลุ่ม ตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนแม่ทะประชาสามัคคี จังหวัดลำปาง ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ถึงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 122 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแม่ทะประชาสามัคคี จังหวัดลำปาง ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัย ปรากฏว่า 1) ความ พึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการจัดการศึกษาโรงเรียนแม่ทะประชาสามัคคี จังหวัดลำปาง ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผู้ปกครองที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่ากว่าปริญญาตรี มีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการศึกษามากกว่าผู้ปกครองที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ผู้ปกครองที่มีอาชีพทางานในหน่วยงาน มีความพึงพอใจมากกว่าผู้ปกครองที่มีอาชีพอิสระ ผู้ปกครองที่มีรายได้มากกว่า 7,000 บาท/เดือน มีความพึงพอใจมากกว่าผู้ปกครองที่มีรายได้ต่ากว่า 7,000 บาท/เดือน ผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนในระดับมัธยม ศึกษาตอนต้น มีความพึงพอใจมากกว่าผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย และ3) ได้แนวทางในการพัฒนาการบริหารงานโรงเรียน ดังนี้ ให้นักเรียนทุกคน มีส่วนร่วมในการรักษาความสะอาด จัดหาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาให้ครบทุกรายวิชา ปรับหลักสูตรให้เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียนและท้องถิ่น กวดขันด้านความมีระเบียบวินัยแก่ผู้เรียน และควรมีการระดมทรัพยากรจากผู้ปกครองอย่างเหมาะสมให้เพียงพอกับการนำไปพัฒนาโรงเรียนต่อไป | th_TH |
