| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการของสำนักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการของสำนักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี และ (3) ศึกษาแนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการของสำนักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรประกอบด้วย เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำนวน 35 คน และประชาชนที่มารับบริการ จำนวน 480 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสูตรของ เครจซี และมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 213 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการของสำานักงานพัฒนาสังคม และความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการของสำนักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัด สุพรรณบุรี พบว่าอายุของบุคลากรที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการของสำนักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรีแตกต่างกัน และ (3) แนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการของสำนักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัด สุพรรณบุรี พบว่าควรเพิ่มปัจจัยด้านการบริหารส่วนข้อเสนอแนะในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ การให้บริการรัฐบาลควรสนับสนุนงบประมาณในการจัดหาหรือจัดให้มีวัสดุอุปกรณ์ และครุภัณฑ์ ที่ทันสมัย มีจำนวนเพียงพอ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were to study: (1) the level of efficiency of services (2) factors affecting the efficiency of services and, (3) guidelines to increase the efficiency of services of Suphanburi Provincial Social Development and Human Security Office. This study was quantitative research. The population was all 35 staff of Suphanburi Provincial Social Development and Human Security Office and 480 people who were received services by the office. The sample, calculated by using the method of Krejcie and Morgan, was 213. The research tool was the questionnaire. Statistics employed for this study were Percentage, Mean, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and T-test. The results showed that: (1) efficiency of services of Suphanburi Provincial Social Development and Human Security Office was at high level (2) different age of personnel had different effect on the efficiency of services of Suphanburi Provincial Social Development and Human Security Office, and (3) guideline to increase the efficiency of services of Suphanburi Provincial Social Development and Human Security Office was that the government should give support on the budget in procurement or acquisition of modern and sufficient materials and durable articles. | en_US |
