| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (2) ศึกษาระดับการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครู และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในโรงเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลสังกัดสำนักงาน-เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 จำนวน 282 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเคร็จซี่และมอร์แกน และสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับที่ถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและระดับการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครู ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .96 และ .91 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ (1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวม พบว่า มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ระดับการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครู โดยภาพรวม พบว่า มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำ การเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครู พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์กัน ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ .657 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of instructional leadership of school administrators; (2) to study the level of work performance based on the teacher performance standards of teachers; and (3) to study the relationship between instructional leadership of school administrators and work performance based on the teacher performance standards of teachers in schools joining the World-Class Standard School Project under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 7. The research sample consisted of 282 teachers in schools joining the World-Class Standard School Project under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 7, obtained by stratified random sampling. The sample size was determined with the use of Crejcie and Morgan Sample Size Table. The employed research instrument was a 5-scale rating questionnaire on instructional leadership of school administrator and work performance based on the teacher performance standards of teacher, with reliability coefficients of .96 and .91 respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. Research findings were as follows: (1) regarding the level of instructional leadership of school administrators, it was found that their overall instructional leadership was rated at the high level; (2) regarding the level of work performance based on the teacher performance standards of teachers, it was found that their overall work performance was rated at the high level; and (3) regarding the relationship between instructional leadership of school administrator and work performance based on the teacher performance standards of teachers, it was found that the correlation was at the moderate level, with the correlation coefficient of .657 which was significant at the .01 level of statistical significance | en_US |
