| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1)ระดับการจัดบริการสาธารณะตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแสนทอง อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน (2) ระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการดำเนินงานด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแสนทอง อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน (3) ความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างการจัดบริการสาธารณะตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลตามแนวทางที่สถาบันข้าราชการพลเรือนกำหนดกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการดำเนินงานด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแสนทอง อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน และ (4) ปัญหา และเสนอแนะแนวทางการยกระดับการดำเนินงานด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแสนทอง อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณประชากร คือ ประชาชนในพื้นที่ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแสนทอง อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน ที่มีอายุ 18 ปี ขึ้นไป จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 3,212 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างโดยสูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 356 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีชั้นภูมิแบ่งสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) การจัดบริการสาธารณะตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแสนทอง อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการดำเนินงานด้าน โครงสร้างพื้นฐานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแสนทอง อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการจัดบริการสาธารณะตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการดำเนินงาน ด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแสนทอง อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับปานกลางที่ระดับนัยสำคัญเชิงสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (4) ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางยกระดับการดำเนินงานด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแสนทอง อำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน ได้แก่ ด้านการสร้างและบำรุงรักษาเส้นทางคมนาคม คือ การสร้างเส้นทางคมนาคมใหม่ และการระดม งบประมาณเพิ่มขึ้น ด้านการซ่อมแซมบำรุงรักษาไฟฟ้าสาธารณะไฟส่องสว่าง คือ แสวงหาวิธีการหรือ นวัตกรรมเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของความสว่างและเพิ่มการป้องกันความปลอดภัย ด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งน้ำ คือ ควรสร้างระบบประปาคุณภาพในทุกหมู่บ้าน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study aimed (1) to study level of public service based on good governance principles of Santhong Sub-district Administrative Organization at Tha Wang Pha District in Nan Province (2) to study achievement level of infrastructure construction implementation of Santhong Sub-district Administrative Organization at Tha Wang Pha District in Nan Province (3) to study the relationship between public service based on good governance principles according to the guidelines set by the Institute of Civil Service and the achievement of infrastructure construction implementation of Santhong Sub-district Administrative Organization at Tha Wang Pha District in Nan Province, and (4) to recommend guidelines for enhancing the infrastructure construction implementation of Santhong Sub -district Administrative Organization at Tha Wang Pha District in Nan Province. This study was a quantitative research. The population was 3,212 people residing in Santhong Sub - district Tha Wang Pha District in Nan Province who aged above 18 years. Samples were 356 people derived from Taro Yamane Formula with stratified random sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results showed that: (1) an overall image of public service level based on good governance principles of Santhong Sub-district Administrative Organization at Tha Wang Pha District in Nan Province was at high level. Classified each aspect it was high level all topic (2) an overall image of achievement level of infrastructure construction implementation of Santhong Sub-district Administrative Organization at Tha Wang Pha District in Nan Province was at high level (3) the relationship between public service based on good governance principles according to the guidelines set by the Institute of Civil Service and the achievement of infrastructure construction implementation of Santhong Sub - district Administrative Organization at Tha Wang Pha District in Nan ProvincNan Province had a positive relationship in moderate level at statistically significant at 0.05 level, and (4) recommended guidelines for enhancing the infrastructure construction implementation of Santhong Sub-district Administrative Organization at Tha Wang Pha District in Nan Province were that in term of building and maintenance the communication routes, there should explore new route and allocate more budget. For the public electricity maintenance and lighting, there should create new way or innovation for more efficiency.
