| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเรื่อง การจัดการความรู้ในหน่วยงาน ฝูงบิน 604 กองบิน 6 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการจัดการความรู้ของข้าราชการ (2) ศึกษาวิธีการและเทคนิคที่ เหมาะสมในการจัดการความรู้ (3) ศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดการความรู้ของ ข้าราชการ ประชากรที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ข้าราชการและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องเกี่ยวกับการจัดการความรู้ ในฝูงบิน 604 จำนวน 73 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบ สัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ประมวลผลด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าทีค่าเอฟ และค่าวิเคราะห์ ถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ สรุปผลการวิจัยได้ดังนี้ (1) ปัจจัยที่ทำให้การจัดการความรู้ของข้าราชการฝูงบิน 604 ประสบความสำเร็จ ได้แก่ สภาพแวดล้อมในการจัดการความรู้ และวิธีการและเทคนิคในการจัดการความรู้ สภาพแวดล้อมในการจัดการความรู้ ประกอบด้วย บุคลากรที่ใช้ความรู้ ทีมการจัดการความรู้ และ ผู้นำในการจัดการความรู้ สำหรับวิธีการและเทคนิคในการจัดการความรู้ประกอบด้วย วิสัยทัศน์ เป้าหมาย พันธกิจ กลยุทธ์ คุณค่า ความเชื่อ วัฒนธรรมองค์การ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการ สื่อสาร การสร้างแรงจูงใจ และการให้รางวัลหรือการตอบแทน (2) วิธีการและเทคนิค ที่เหมาะสมในการจัดการความรู้ของข้าราชการฝูงบิน 604 ประสบความสำเร็จ ประกอบด้วย การกำหนดสิ่งที่จะต้องเรียนรู้ วิธีการเรียนรู้และเทคนิคในการ เรียนรู้ และวิธีการสร้างความรู้ (3) ปัญหาในการจัดการความรู้ ได้แก่ 1) ปัญหาด้านองค์ประกอบ ของการจัดการ ความรู้ 2) ปัญหาด้านวิธีการและเทคนิคในการจัดการความรู้ และ 3) ปัญหาด้านความสำเร็จในการ จัดการความรู้ สำหรับข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดการความรู้ ได้แก่ การที่องค์กรต้องจัดกิจกรรมที่ กระตุ้นและให้โอกาสบุคลากรในการคิดและแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ซึ่งกันและกัน นอกจากนั้นองค์กร ต้องมีการแปลงความรู้ไปสู่การปฏิบัติโดยองค์กรต้องส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรนำความรู้ที่มีอยู่ไปใช้ให้ เกิดประโยชน์ เพื่อทำให้เกิดการเรียนรู้และความสัมพันธ์ของความคิดกับการกระทำ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This is a research on the knowledge management in squadron 604 wing 6, Royal Thai Air Force. The objectives of the research are to study : (1) factors that influences knowledge management of civil servants of squadron 604 wing 6 ; (2) methodology and techniques appropriate for knowledge management ; (3) problems and proposed recommendations for knowledge management. The population used in the research comprised of civil servants at the squadron 604 wing 6. The instrument used in the research was questionnaires. The data of the research was analyzed by statistical program. The statistics used consists of frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Multiple Regression. The findings of the research showed that: (1) The demographics of squadron 604 to be success comprised of the environment of knowledge management technique. The environment of knowledge management, compose of knowledge worker, team and leadership. As well as technique of knowledge management compose of visions, missions, goal, strategic, value believe, cultural organization information technology and communication motivation rewarding and compensation. (2) The suitable technical in the knowledge management process of all member at squadron 604 to be succeed, compose of knowledge identification, the process of learning technique as well as knowledge creation process. (3) The knowledge management problem must be composed of 1) Component for knowledge management problem. 2) the process and technical for knowledge management problem. 3) the problem of the knowledge management success. The suggestion of the knowledge management, the organization provided all activities to stimulus and given an opportunity to all employees to exchange knowledge experiences among each other. Further more, the organization must have changes in knowledge and modify it to the practical way of life by the organizational must be give support all member to use their knowledge to create something beneficial in order to bring about organizational learning and correlate action and belief | en_US |
