| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) รักษาความพร้อมในการบริหารจัดการตามแนว ทางการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมึองที่ดีขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช และ (2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการตามแนวทางการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดี ของ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ทั้งนี้ได้นำแนวทางการบริหารกิจการ บ้านเมืองที่ดี ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 6 หลัก ได้แก่ หลักนิติธรรม หลักคุณธรรม หลักความโปร่งใส หลักการมีส่วนร่วม หลักความรับผิดชอบ และหลักความคุ้มค่า มาเป็นกรอบแนวคิด การศึกษาครั้งมีเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ได้ผ่านการทดสอบทั้ง ความเที่ยงตรงและความเชื่อถือได้ของแบบสอบถาม หลังจากนั้นได้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่ม ตัวอย่าง คือพนักงานส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช รวมจำนวน 351 คน สำหรับสถิติที่ นำมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่ารัอยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ความพร้อมในการบริหารจัดการตามแนวทางการบริหาร กิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ (2) ความคิดเห็นต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการตามแนวทางการบริหารกิจการ บ้านเมืองที่ดีขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชที่สำคัญ คือ องค์การบริหาร ส่วนตำบลจะต้องกำหนดบทบาท พันธกิจ ให้ชัดเจน สอคคลัองกับรัฐธรรมนูญ และหลักการ บริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดี โดยสามารถอำนวยความสะดวก และตอบสนองความต้องการของ ประชาชนได้ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were : (1) to study readiness in the management administration following the good governance principles of sub-district administrative organization in Nakhon Si Thammarat province ; and (2) to study the management administration development guidelines in accordance with the good governance principles of sub-district administrative organization in Nakhon Si Thammarat province .The conceptual framework of the six good governance principles are : Rule of Law, Ethics, Transparency, Participation, Accountability and Value for Money were applied to this study. This study was based on a survey research by using questionnaires which had been pretested and checked for reliability and validity. The sample group in this study was selected by random sample from sub-district officers in Nakhon Si Thammarat province in the amount of 351 people . The statistical methods used in this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The results of this study found that :(1) the readiness in the management administration following the good governance principles of sub-district administrative organization in Nakhon Si Thammarat province is in the medium level and (2) the guidelines to develop the good governance principles of sub-district administrative organization in Nakhon Si Thammarat province is that the sub-district administrative organization must determine the roles, obligations which correspond to the constitution, and the good governance principle of administration which can facilitate and respond to the needs of the people | en_US |
