| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ประเมินผลโครงการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนปล่อยผู้ต้องขังของเรือนจํากลางอุบลราชธานี (2) เปรียบเทียบผลการประเมินผลโครงการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนปล่อยผู้ต้องขังเรือนจํากลางอุบลราชธานี โดยจําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) แนวทางในการปรับปรุงการดําเนินงานโครงการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนปล่อยผู้ต้องขังของเรือนจํากลางอุบลราชธานี การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ต้องขัง ที่จะได้รับการปล่อยตัวที่เข้าร่วมโครงการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนปล่อยจํานวน 561คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา จํานวน 234 คน ซึ่งกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยสูตรการคํานวณ ของทาโร ยามาเน่ เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าความถี่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ผลการประเมินผลโครงการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนปล่อยผู้ต้องขังเรือนจํากลางอุบลราชธานี ทั้ง 4 ด้านโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนําเข้า ด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ และด้านกระบวนการ ในระดับมากตามลําดับ (2) ผู้ต้องขังที่มีเพศ อายุ ฐานความผิด และกำหนดโทษต่างกันมีการประเมินผลโครงการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนปล่อยผู้ต้องขังเรือนจํากลางอุบลราชธานี ต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3)แนวทางในการปรับปรุง การดําเนินงานโครงการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนปล่อยผู้ต้องขังเรือนจํากลางอุบลราชธานี มี 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) ควรรักษามาตรฐานการดําเนินงานด้านบริบทของโครงการฯ และปรับเปลี่ยนให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายคืนคนดีสู่สังคมของกรมราชทัณฑ์อยู่เสมอ 2) ควรให้ความรู้อย่างทั่วถึง มีการจัดกลุ่มในการให้ความรู้ เพื่อที่จะได้ทั่วถึงและเข้มข้น ปรับปรุงเรื่องระยะเวลาในการฝึกอบรมมีความเหมาะสมไม่มากและไม่น้อยจนเกินไป และ3) ควรจัดการสื่อวัสดุอุปกรณ์ให้มีปริมาณเพียงพอต่อจํานวนของผู้เข้ารับการอบรม | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were to (1) study the program evaluation of the inmate pre-release readiness preparation program (2) compare personal factors to the evaluation results of the inmate pre-release readiness preparation program and (3) propose guidelines for improving the inmate pre-release readiness preparation program at Ubon Ratchathani Central Prison. This study was a quantitative research. The population of this study consisted of 561 prisoners who joined the inmate pre-release readiness preparation program. The sample size was determined by using Taro Yamane formula with a sample of 234 inmates. The tool for data collection was the questionnaire. Data were analyzed by applying frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, f-test, and One-way ANOVA analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) the evaluation results of the inmate pre-release readiness preparation program at Ubon Ratchathani Central Prison in 4 aspects were at high level. Considering each aspect, context, input, process, and product aspect were highly successful respectively (2) different gender, age, offenses and punishments had different evaluation results of the inmate pre-release readiness preparation program with statistically significance at 0.05 level, and (3) there were 3 guidelines for improving the inmate pre-release readiness preparation program of Ubon Ratchathani Central Prison, as followed;1) Maintaining the standards of an operations in the context of the project and adjusting continuously in accordance with “the return a good person to society policy” of Department of Corrections 2) Providing knowledge and grouping knowledge widely and thoroughly, improve the duration of training appropriately and 3) Providing training media and equipment in accordance with number of trainee | en_US |
