| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแม่สะเรียง “บริพัตรศึกษา” (2) ศึกษาความต้องการของกลุ่มเครือข่ายผู้ปกครองเกี่ยวกับการจัดการศึกษา และ (3) ศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับสภาพการจัดการศึกษา และความต้องการของกลุ่มเครือข่ายผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ กลุ่มเครือข่ายผู้ปกครองระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปี ที่ 1-6 จำนวน 205 คน ของโรงเรียนแม่สะเรียง “บริพัตรศึกษา” เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามแบบตรวจสอบรายการ และแบบปลายเปิด ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ และค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแม่สะเรียง “บริพัตรศึกษา” ตามความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มเครือข่ายผู้ปกครอง โดยภาพรวมโรงเรียนมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านงานวิชาการ ด้านงานบุคคล และด้านงานบริหารงานทั่วไป อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านงานงบประมาณ มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ความต้อง การของกลุ่มเครือข่ายผู้ปกครองเกี่ยวกับการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแม่สะเรียง “บริพัตรศึกษา” โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าร้อยละสูงสุด คือ ด้านงานวิชาการ และด้านงานบริหารทั่วไป ด้านรองลงมา คือ ด้านงานงบประมาณ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าร้อยละต่าสุด คือ ด้านงานบุคคลและ (3) ปัญหาคือผู้ปกครองไม่เข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรใหม่และโรงเรียนไม่ค่อยแจ้งให้ผู้ปกครองทราบเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมในโรงเรียน ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ โรงเรียนควรจัดประชุมผู้ปกครองเพื่อชี้แจงเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร และควรกำหนดตารางกิจกรรมต่างๆ อย่างชัดเจนก่อน แล้วจึงแจ้งให้ผู้ปกครองรับทราบ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were as follows: (1) to study the current condition of educational management of Mae Sariang WBoriphatsuksa” School; (2) to study the needs of parents’ network group concerning educational management; and (3) to study the problems and suggestions concerning educational management of Mae Sariang “Boriphatsuksa” School. The research population comprised 206 parents of Mathayom Suksa I – VI students forming the parents’ network group of Mae Sariang “Boriphatsuksa” School. The employed data collecting instrument was a questionnaire consisting of the check-list and open-ended items. Data were analyzed using the frequency and percentage. Research findings revealed that (1) the overall current condition of educational management of Mae Sariang “Boriphatsuksa” School, as perceived by the parents’ network group, was operated at the high level; when specific aspects of the management were considered, it was found that the academic aspect, personnel aspect, and general management aspect were at the high level, while the budget aspect was at the moderate level; (2) the overall need of parents’ network group concerning educational management of Mae Sariang “Boriphatsuksa” school was at the highest level; when specific needs were considered, it was found that every specific need was at the highest level, with the need concerning the academic aspect and that concerning the general management aspect receiving the highest percentage, followed by the need concerning the budget aspect; while the need concerning the personnel aspect received the lowest percentage; and (3) the problems were that parents did not understand the new curriculum and the school rarely informed parents about school activities; the suggestions were that the school should organize the meetings involving parents to inform them on curriculum matters and it should arrange activity schedules clearly before informing the parents. | en_US |
