| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความสำเร็จของการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของ คณะกรรมการชุมชน เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี (2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จของการ จัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของคณะกรรมการชุมชน เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี และ (3) เสนอแนะ ทางการแก้ไขปัญหาและพัฒนาการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการชุมชน เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด จังหวัด นนทบุรี การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาแบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ (1) คณะกรรมการชุมชน เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด จำนวน 63 ชุมชน และ (2) กลุ่มประชากรที่พักอาศัยใน เขตเทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด 116,725 คน โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นคณะกรรมการชุมชน จำนวน 219 คน จาก 54 ชุมชน โดยเป็นชุมชนขนาดใหญ่ 11 ชุมชน ชุมชนขนาดกลาง 20 ชุมชน และชุมชนขนาดเล็ก 23 ชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นประชาชนที่พักอาศัยในเขตเทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด จำนวน 399 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) คณะกรรมการชุมชนและประชาชนมีความคิดเห็นต่อความสำเร็จ ทางการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของคณะกรรมการชุมชน ในเขตเทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรีอยู่ใน ระดับมาก โดยที่ระดับความสำเร็จของการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของคณะกรรมการชุมชนมีความสำเร็จไม่ต่ำ กว่าร้อยละ 70 ณ ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (2) ปัจจัยการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีมี ความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความสำเร็จของการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของคณะกรรมการชุมชน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (3) เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี ควรสนับสนุนทั้งอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ เงินทุน รวมทั้งให้ความรู้กับประชาชนในพื้นที่ในขณะเดียวกันคณะกรรมการชุมชนควรพัฒนาตนเอง และ ปฏิบัติงานด้วยความโปร่งใส มีการวางแผนอย่างชัดเจน สนับสนุนส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนในชุมชนมีส่วน ร่วมในการติดตาม ประเมินผล การปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการชุมชน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to (1) study the successful level of the achievement of environment management of community committee in Pak Kret municipality (2) study factors affecting the achievement of environment management of community committee in Pak Kret municipality and (3) recommend the guidelines to solve problems and improve performance of community committee in Pak Kret municipality. The research was a survey research. Population were 2 groups (1) 63 communities’ committees in Pak Kret municipality and (2) 116,725 people living in Pak Kret municipality. Samples included 219 committee members from large communities , 20 medium communities and 23 small communities; and 399 people living in Pak Kret municipality. Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation, one sample t-test and stepwise multiple regression. Research results revealed that (1) from the opinions of community committees and people living in Pak Kret municipality, the achievement of environment management of community committee in Pak Kret municipality was at high level; the successful level was more than 70% at 0.05 level of statistical significance (2) good governance factors positively affected the achievement of environment management of community committee in Pak Kret municipality with .05 level of statistical significance, (3) recommendations were Pak Kret municipality should support the equipment as well as monetary capital and provide appropriate knowledge to the people in the area, meanwhile committee members should be responsible to develop oneself, and perform with operational transparency, clear planning, and support public participation in the evaluation of the performance of community committees | en_US |
