| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาแรงจูงใจในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตบางเขน และ (2) เปรียบเทียบแรงจูงใจในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของนิสิต มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตบางเขน จำแนกตามคณะวิชา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย นิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตบางเขน ที่กำลังศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 364 คน จาก 14 คณะวิชา ได้แก่ คณะเกษตร คณะบริหารธุรกิจ คณะประมง คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ คณะวนศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ คณะเศรษฐศาสตร์ คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ คณะสังคมศาสตร์ คณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร และคณะเทคนิคการสัตวแพทย์ ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเตอร์กี ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) แรงจูงใจในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของนิสิต มหาวิทยาลัย เกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตบางเขนทั้ง 4 ด้าน ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก นิสิตมีแรงจูงใจเรียงตามลาดับดังนี้ ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับบุคคลอื่น ด้านบาเพ็ญประโยชน์ ด้านวิชาชีพ และด้านส่งเสริมศิลปวัฒนธรรม (2) เปรียบเทียบแรงจูงใจในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของนิสิต มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตบางเขน จาแนกตามคณะวิชา พบว่าโดยภาพรวม นิสิตที่ศึกษาในกลุ่มคณะวิชาแตกต่างกันมีแรงจูงใจในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแตกต่างกัน และเมื่อทาการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ในแต่ละด้านพบว่า นิสิตที่ศึกษาอยู่ในคณะบริหารธุรกิจ และคณะวนศาสตร์ มีแรงจูงใจในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were (1) to study the motivation to participate in activities of students of Kasetsart University, Bangkhen Campus; and (2) to compare the motivations to participate in activities of students of Kasetsart University, Bangkhen Campus, as classified by faculty. The sample consisted of 364 second year undergraduate students studying in the 2011 academic year at Kasetsart University, Bangkhen Campus. They were obtained by stratified random sampling from 14 faculties of the university, namely, the Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Fisheries, Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Forestry, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Agro-Industries, and Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Technology.The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire, developed by the researcher, with reliability coefficient of .93. Statistics used for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, ANOVA, and Tukey’s method for pair-wise comparison. The research findings were as follows: (1) The overall motivation and by-aspect motivation to participate in activities of students of Kasetsart University, Bangkhen Campus were at the high level. The four aspects of motivation to participate in activities could be ranked as follows: the motivation for having relationship with others, the motivation for providing services to the society, the motivation for professional enhancement, and the motivation for promotion of arts and culture, respectively. (2) Regarding the comparison of motivations to participate in activities of students of Kasetsart University, Bangkhen Campus, as classified by faculty, it was found that the overall motivations for activities participation of students of different faculties were significantly different; and when pair-wise comparisons were conducted, it was found that students in the Faculty of Business Administration differed significantly from students in the Faculty of Forestry in their motivations to participate in activities at the .05 level | en_US |
