| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 2 (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 2 และ (3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการและครูผู้สอน ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในอำเภอสวี จังหวัดชุมพร สังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพรเขต 2 จำนวน 237 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) การบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนัก งานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา การพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา การวัดและประเมินผล และการนิเทศการเรียนการสอน (2) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารงานวิชาการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ผู้บริหาร งบประมาณ ครูผู้สอน ผู้ปกครอง และชุมชน และ (3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นการศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 2 คือปัจจัยด้านผู้บริหาร (X1) ปัจจัยด้านงบประมาณ (X3) และ ปัจจัยด้านครูผู้สอน (X2) เขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ได้ดังนี้ Y′ = 0.338 + 0.338 X1 + 0.293 X3 + 0.220 X2 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were (1) to study academic affairs administration of basic education schools under the Office of Chumphon Primary Education Service Area 2; (2) to study the factors related to academic affairs administration of basic education schools under the Office of Chumphon Primary Education Service Area 2; and (3) to study the factors affecting academic affairs administration of basic education schools under the Office of Chumphon Primary Education Service Area 2. The research sample consisted of 237 directors and teachers of basic education schools under the Office of Chumphon Primary Education Service Area 2, obtained by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with reliability coefficient of .97. Statistics used for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The research findings indicated that (1) the overall academic affairs administration of basic education schools under the Office of Chumphon Primary Education Service Area 2 was rated at the high level and its specific aspects could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the learning process development, the school-based curriculum development, the innovation and educational technology development, the measurement and evaluation, and the instructional supervision; (2) factors related to the overall academic affairs administration of basic education schools were rated at the high level and could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the administrator, the teacher, the parents, and the community; and (3) factors affecting academic affairs administration of basic education schools were the following: the administrator factor (X1), the budget factor (X3), and the teacher factor (X2); the regression equation for prediction of academic affairs administration was as shown below: Y′ = 0.338 + 0.338 X1 + 0.293 X3 + 0.220 X2. | en_US |
