dc.description.abstractalternative | This study was a descriptive research and the purposes of this research were: (1) Factors influencing the participation of Chandrubeksa Hospital’s personnel in Hospital Quality Improvement (2) The problems and advisements for the participation of Chandrubeksa Hospital’s personnel in Hospital Quality Improvement. The sample of this study consisted of 174 Chandrubeksa Hospital’s personnel, and they were selected by stratified random sampling technique. Questionnaires, constructed by the researcher.Data were analyzed by percentages, means, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regressions. The results of this study revealed as follow'S. (1) Factors influencing the participation of Chandrubeksa Hospital’s Air Force personnel in Hospital Quality Developmcnt (Improvement) are communication factors atmosphere and culture factors and motivation factors. They are correlated significantly positively with the participation of Chandrubeksa Hospital’s personnel in Hospital Quality Development (Improvement) (p < 0.01). They could predict the participation accounted for 55.3 %. When classify by the nurse assistant group, factors influencing the participation of Chandrubeksa Hospital’s personnel in Hospital Quality Development Improvement) are communication factors atmosphere and culture factors.They are correlated significantly positively with the participation of Chandrubeksa Hospital’s personnel in Hospital Quality Development(Improvement) (p < 0.01). They could predict the participation accounted for 60.2 % (2) The problems for the participation of Chandrubeksa Hospital’s personnel in Hospital Quality Improvement were about the coordination for 23.26% the political for 20.93 the executive and performer for 18.6% the planning for 13.95% and the budgeting for 4.65.The advisements for the participation of Chandrubeksa Hospital’s personnel were improved the communication, the leadership,the motivation the atmosphere and culture and the planning for Hospital Quality Improvement | en_US |
