| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยของประชาชนในเขตจังหวัดความรับผิดชอบของศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 3 ปราจีนบุรี (2) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยของประชาชนในเขตจังหวัดความรับผิดชอบของศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 3 ปราจีนบุรีโดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) แนวทางแก้ไขในการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยของประชาชนในเขตจังหวัดความรับผิดชอบของศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 3 ปราจีนบุรี การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากร คือ ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตจังหวัด ความรับผิดชอบของศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 3 ปราจีนบุรี จำนวน 5 จังหวัด รวม 15,167 คน กลุ่ม ตัวอย่าง จำนวน 400 คน ได้มาจากการคำนวณโดยใช้สูตรของ ทาโร่ ยามาแน่ โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลาย ขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยของประชาชนในเขตจังหวัดความรับผิดชอบของศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 3 ปราจีนบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ประชาชนที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพ รายได้ ระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชน และจังหวัดที่อาศัยอยู่มีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยของประชาชนในเขตจังหวัดความรับผิดชอบของศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 3 ปราจีนบุรี แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3) แนวทางแก้ไขในการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยของประชาชนในเขตจังหวัดความรับผิดชอบของศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 3 ปราจีนบุรี เห็นควรมี 3 แนวทาง ได้แก่ ควรจัดหน่วยอาสาสมัครเพื่อคอยดูแลชุมชนและช่วยเหลือประชาชนเมื่อเกิดสาธารณภัย ควรจัดร่วมกับหน่วยงานราชการในการจัดอบรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสาธารณภัยแก่คนในชุมชน และควรจัดร่วมกับผู้ใหญ่บ้านหรือผู้นำชุมชนในการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ประชาชนได้รับรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันสาธารณภัยผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ ภายในชุมชน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were to (1) study participation level of the people in the disaster prevention and mitigation in the provincial boundary in responsibility of the Prevention and Mitigation Regional, Center 3 Prachin Buri Province (2) compare people participation in the disaster prevention and mitigation in the provincial boundary in responsibility of the Prevention and Mitigation Regional, Center 3 Prachin Buri Province classified by personal factors (3) recommend the guideline for people participation in the disaster prevention and mitigation in the provincial boundary in responsibility of the Prevention and Mitigation Regional, Center 3 Prachin Buri Province. This study was a survey research. Population consisted of 15,167 residents in 5 provinces under responsibility of Prevention and Mitigation Regional, Center 3 Prachin Buri Province, from which samples of 400 were obtained via Taro Yamane calculation method. Multi-stage sampling method was applied. A questionnaire was used as an instrument to collect data. Statistical tools employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-Test. Research results showed that (1) the overall participation level of the people in the disaster prevention and mitigation in provincial boundary in responsibility of the Prevention and Mitigation Regional, Center 3 Prachin Buri Province was at moderate level (2) peopel with different ages, education levels, income, status, duration of living in the community and in the province had different participation levels at 0.05 level of statistical significance (3) three approaches were recommended to enhance people participation in the disaster prevention and mitigation in provincial boundary in the responsibility of the Prevention and Mitigation Regional, Center 3 Prachin Buri Province: volunteer unit should be organized to watch over the community and give hands to those who faced the disaster, cooperation with other government agencies should be arranged so to provide training course on public hazard to the people in community, also, there should be coordination with village headman or community leaders so consequently public hazard awareness could be publicized through various channels. | en_US |
