dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objectives of this study are (1) to study formation and operation of community organizations in Tha Yang Subdistnct Municipality, (2) to know result of the formation and operation of community organizations in Tha Yang Subdistnct Municipality, (3) to study problems and solutions of formation of community organizations in Tha Yang Subdistnct Municipality, and (4) to study and find appropriate solution for development of formation of community organizations in Tha Yang Subdistnct Municipality. The population of this study is electorate who is a member of subcommunity in Tha Yang Subdistnct Sample size, 400 people, was chosen by Multistage Sampling method. Questionnaire and Structure Focus Group Interview were used in the process of data gathering as a tool of this study. Analysis of the data was conducted and analysed with basic statistics: percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation. Content Analysis also used for data analysis. The finding of this study showed (1) The formation of community organizations in Tha Yang Subdistnct Municipality by populaces for popdaces is in a high level. (2) The operation of community organizations in Tha Yang Subdistnct Municipality by populaces for populaces is in a middle level. (3) The result of formation of community organizations in municipal administrative division is in a high level. (4) Major problem in formation and operation of community organizations are populaces have less co-operation in formation. (5) Development direction for formation of community organization is the Municipality should educate populaces and community committee about formation and management of community organizationsen_US
