| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพิ่อ (1) ศึกษาแบบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ (2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแบบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ (4) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของงผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดศรีสะเกษตามประสบการณ์และการดำรงตำแหน่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ เป็นหน่วยการวิเคราะห์ คำนวน 260 โรงเรียน ผู้ไห้ข้อมูลเป็น ผู้บริหารหาร และครูผู้สอน โรงเรียนละ 2 คน เก็บและรวบรวมข้อมูลด้านแบบสอบถาม เกี่ยวกับแบบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารและประสิทธิผลการบริหารวิชาการโนโรงเรืขน ประถมศึกษา ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น.97 สถิดิทึ่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโด้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าทื ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และการทดสอบคู่แตกต่าง ด้วยวิธีการเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกบาใช้แบบภาวะผู้นำแบบสั่งการอยู่โนระดับปานกลางแบบมุ่งความสำเร็จ แบบสนับสนุนและแบบให้มีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนโนโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเห็นว่าประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาอยู่โนระดับมาก (3) การใช้แบบภาวะผู้นำกับประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการโนโรงเรียนประถมศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ไนทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01 (4)การวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารกับครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการโนโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาตามประสบการณ์ และการดำรงดำแหน่งพบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการดัานการสอนระหว่างผู้บริหารที่มีประสบการณ์ต่างกันพบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of the research were to study (1) School administrators leadership styles (2) effectiveness of the academic school administrators (3) the correlation between the school administrators leadership style and the effectiveness of the academic administration, and (4) compare the opinions are administrators and teachers to the effectiveness of the academic administration in primary schools. The sample group used for the questionair were consisted of administrators and teachers primary schools under the jurisdiction of Si sa ket Provincial primary Education Office. The instrument used for data collection were questionair concerning the school administrators leadership styles and the effectiveness of the academic administration, to be reliability coefficients at .97. The data were analyzed by percentage(%), mean( X ), standard deviation (S.D.), ANOVA , compare means scheffe’s test, Pearson’s and product moment correlation coefficient. The findings were as follow: (1) The levels of the leadership styles were al a moderate level (2) the levels of the effectiveness of the academic administration in primary schools were at a high level (3) the school administrators leadership styles and effectiveness of the academic significantly at .01 (4) the compare means perceived of different experiences school administrators and teachers were the effectiveness of the academic administration in primary schools are not difference but administrators academic administrations experience of which found to be difference significantly at .05 level | en_US |
