| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ (1) ศึกษากระบวนการนิเทศภายในของสถานศึกษาอำเภอกุดบาก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 (2) เปรียบเทียบ การดำเนินการนิเทศภายในของสถานศึกษาอำเภอกุดบาก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร 18 คน และครู 126 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 144 คน ได้มาจาก การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่ามีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .92 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การดำเนินการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาอำเภอกุดบาก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง เรียงตามลาดับดังนี้ การบริหารหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนการสอน การวัดและประเมินผล และการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา และการส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอน และ (2) เปรียบเทียบ การดำเนินการนิเทศภายในจำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน เมื่อเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร การวัดประเมินผล และการส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอน พบว่าโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กกับโรงเรียนขนาดกลางและโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กกับโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านอื่นไม่แตกต่างกัน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were to : (1) study the operation of internal supervision in schools in KutBak District under SakonNakhon Primary Education Service Area Office 1; (2) Compare the operation of internal supervision in schools in KutBak District under SakonNakhon Primary Education Service Area Office, as classified by school. The research sample consisted of 144 school personnel classified into 18 school administrators and 126 teachers, obtained by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with reliability coefficient of .92. Statistics employed for data analysis were the, mean, standard deviation, One-Way ANOVA, and Scheffé's pairwise multiple comparison method. The results showed that (1) both the overall and by-aspect conditions of the operation of internal supervision in schools in KutBak District under SakonNakhon Primary Education Service Area Office 1were rated at the moderate level; the aspectsof operation of internal supervision in schools could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: curriculum administration, instruction ,evaluation , quality assurance ,and instructional promoting ; (2) When the levels of the operation of internal supervision in schools of different sizes were compared, significant differences at the .05 level were found in both the 0verall and each aspect ; when levels of the operation of internal supervision in each aspect were compare, significant differences at the .05 level in the internal supervision in each aspect were found in schools of different sizes, while small schools were significantly different from medium sizes school and large schools in the aspects of curriculum administration, evaluation , and instructional promoting at the .05 level.
