| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้น พื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 14 (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 14 และ (3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 14 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 14 จังหวัดพังงา จำนวน 229 คนได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .913 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) การบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 14 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้การวัดผลและการประเมินผล การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ การนิเทศการศึกษา และ การพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา (2) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 14 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ผู้บริหาร ครู ผู้สอน สภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษา และชุมชน และ (3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารวิชาการมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 14 คือ ปัจจัยด้านผู้บริหาร (X1) ปัจจัยด้านครูผู้สอน (X2) และ ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษา (X3) เขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ได้ดังนี้ Z’y = 0.073 Zx1 + 0.069 Zx3 + 0.061 Zx2 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were (1) to study academic administration in basic education schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 14; (2) to study factors related to academic administration in basic education schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 14; and (3) to study the factors affecting academic administration in basic education schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 14. The research sample consisted of 229 teachers in basic education schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 14 in Phang-nga province, obtained by simple random sampling. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with reliability coefficient of .913. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The research results indicated that (1) the overall and by-aspect academic administration of basic education schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 14 were rated at the highest level; the specific aspects of academic administration could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the measurement and evaluation; the school-based curriculum development; the learning process development; the educational supervision; and the media, innovation and educational technology development, respectively; (2) both the overall and specific factors related to academic administration in basic education schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 14were rated at the high level; the specific factors could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the administrator, the teacher, the school environment, and the community, respectively; and (3) factors affecting academic administration in basic education schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 14 were the following: the administrator (X1), the teacher (X2), and the school environment (X3); the regression equation for prediction of academic administration was as shown below: Z’y = 0.073 Zx1 + 0.069 Zx3 + 0.061 Zx2. | en_US |
