| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การดำเนินการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในภาคตะวันตก (2) เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในภาคตะวันตกโดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ คณะผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลภาคตะวันตกและพนักงานองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลภาคตะวันตก 5 จังหวัด ได้แก่ จังหวัดตาก กาญจนบุรีราชบุรี เพชรบุรี ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จำนวน 8,877 คน ใช้ขนาดตัวอย่าจำนวน 400 คนใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่าแบบแบบชั้นภูมิอย่างเป็นสัดส่วนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) องค์กราบริหารส่วนตำบลในภาคตะวันตก มีการดำเนินงานบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากตามลำดับ คือ หลักความโปร่งใส หลักนิติธรรม หลักการมีส่วนร่วม หลักการบริหารจัดการ หลักความคุ้มค่าหลักความรับผิดชอบ หลักองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ หลักการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หลักเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร หลักคุณธรรม (2) ผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในภาคตะวันตกที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาและอายุรับราชการต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีไม่แตกต่างกัน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were to: (1) study the implementation of good governance of sub-district administrative organizations in Western Region;(2) compare the implementation of good governance of sub-district administrative organizations in Western Region classified by personal factors. Population comprised 8,877 executives and staff of sub-district administrative organizations of Western Region which included 5 provinces: Tak, Kanchanaburi, Ratchburi, Petchburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan Provinces, from which 400 samples were obtained via Taro Yamane calculation. Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were frequency, percentages, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test. The results from the research revealed that: (1) in the overall view, the implementation of good governance of sub-district administrative organizations in Western Region was at high level, with high level in all aspects which were transparency, rule of law, participation, management, value for money, accountability,learning organization, human resource development, information technology and communication and morality principles; (2) no differences were found among opinions of those with different personal factors. | en_US |
