dc.description.abstractalternative | This research were aimed to study : (1) Savings behavior of Cooperative Promotion Department’s personnel; (2) persona] factors affecting saving behavior of Cooperative Promotion Department’s personnel; (3) internal factors in the organization, affecting behavior of Cooperatives Promotion Department’s personnel in considering decision the form of savings; and (4) issues and obstacles in the savings of Cooperatives Promotion Department’s personnel. The samples used in this study were 375 personnel in the Department the tools of data collection were a questionnaire. Data analysis was done as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression for independent variables to predict savings behavior. The level of significance set at 0.05 level The research was found that: (1) Saving behavior of most personnel in Cooperatives Promotion Department had not been set in each month. They would save when they had saving money. Time-saving selection was at the moderate term of 1-5 years. The main reason was to save money while they needed medical treatment. Average volume savings was less than 2,001 baht / month. Most of then saved in cash when they had more income, they would save more; (2) factors personnel that affect people's saving behavior Cooperatives Promotion Department. Majority of female government official married between 41 to 50 year graduate degree. Income between 10,001 to 15,000 baht per month of all members within a family of 3 people 2 people who have income and family income less than 30,001 baht per month personal expenses from 5001 to 10,000 baht per month expenditure of less than 30,001 baht family. I month; (3) factors within the organization. Personnel of Cooperative Promotion Department in deciding which model is the savings. Factors in returns and (4) problems and obstacles in saving were various debts of car, accommodation or land installment payment | en_US |
