| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยประสิทธิผลของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดปทุมธานีนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินประสิทธิผล ของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดปทุมธานี (2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของวิสาหกิจชุมชนจำแนกตามอำเภอในจังหวัดปทุมธานี (3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดปทุมธานี (4) เสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนา วิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ คณะกรรมการวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 178 คน จากประชากรทั้งหมด 321 คน และสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 361 คน จากประชากรทั้งหมด 3,675 คน โดยใช้วิธีการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที, การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอย เชิงพหุ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ประสิทธิผลของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดปทุมธานี อยู่ในระดับมากกว่าร้อยละ 80 แสดงให้เห็นว่าวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดปทุมธานี สามารถบริหารงานได้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้ (2) ประสิทธิผลของ วิสาหกิจชุมชนในแต่ละอำเภออยู่ในระดับที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยพบว่าอำเภอลำลูกกา มี ระดับประสิทธิผลสูงที่สุด (3) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดปทุมธานี ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้าน การตลาด และปัจจัยด้านการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดี (4) แนวทางการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดปทุมธานี แบ่ง ออกเป็น 2 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการตลาด ควรเพิ่มความหลากหลายและควบคุมคุณภาพของสินค้าให้มีมาตรฐานมากยิ่งขึ้น มี การกำหนดราคาขายของสินค้าให้เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน มีการประเมินผลการจัดจำหน่ายสินค้าในแต่ละช่องทาง และควร จะมีการเพิ่มช่องทางการตลาด ควรจะมีการให้ข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์มากขึ้น และมีการจัดทำส่วนลด หรืออาจจะมีการรับ สมัครสมาชิกเพื่อรับสิทธิพิเศษต่างๆ เพิ่มมากขึ้น 2) ด้านการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดี วิสาหกิจชุมชนควรมีการ ตรวจสอบผลการปฏิบัติงานอย่างสม่ำ เสมอ ควรมีการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเพื่ออบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการแก่คณะกรรมการและ สมาชิกให้มีความรู้และความเข้าใจ ในการบริหารจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ คณะกรรมการและสมาชิก ควรที่จะให้ความสำคัญกับปัญหาของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ตระหนักในบทบาทหน้าที่ และตั้งอกตั้งใจทำงานให้ประสบ ผลสำเร็จ ในการตัดสินใจและการดำเนินการต่างๆ ควรอยู่บนกฎระเบียบที่ชัดเจน สามารถตรวจสอบได้ เปิดโอกาสให้ สมาชิกเข้ามามีบทบาทในการเสนอความคิดเห็น ตัดสินใจ ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ ในกระบวนการดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจ ชุมชนร่วมกัน มีกฎระเบียบ กติกาที่สามารถยืดหยุ่นได้ตามสถานการณ์ และมีการระบุการลงโทษไว้อย่างชัดเจน มีความ เสมอภาค และเป็นธรรมต่อทุกฝ่าย | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The research on the effectiveness of community enterprises in Pathum Thani Province was aimed at (1) evaluating the effectiveness of community enterprises in Pathum Thani Province (2) studying the effectiveness of community enterprises classified by district in Pathum Thani Province (3) studying factors influencing the effectiveness of community enterprises in Pathum Thani Province and (4) recommending approaches for the development of community enterprises in Pathum Thani Province. The research was a survey research. Population was 321 committees of community enterprises and 3,625 members of community enterprises in Pathum Thani Province. Sample size was 178 committees and 361 members respectively. The sample size was determined via Taro Yamane’s calculation formula. The questionnaire was used as a research tool. Statistics applied in hypothesis testing included t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The results were (1) effectiveness of community enterprises in Pathum Thani Province was at the level above 8 0 % reflecting that the management of community enterprises in Pathum Thani Province could achieve their altimate goal. (2) effectiveness of community enterprises classified by district varied at statistical significance of 0.05 where those in Lum Luk Kha District showed highest level of effectiveness. (3) 2 key factors influencing effectiveness of community enterprises in Pathum Thani Province were found namely, marketing factor and good governance factor. (4) The approaches for the development of community enterprise in Pathum Thani Province was divided into 2 aspects based on such 2 key factors: 1) for marketing factor, there should have more varieties of product and their quality control should be made more standardized. Pricing should be harmonized under the same standard. Each distribution channel should be evaluated and there should have more distribution channel. PR should be more actively done along with special campaign e.g. discount, member subscription for special privileges etc. 2) for good governance factor, community enterprises should examine their operational results on regular basis. There should provide training courses for committees and members to broaden their understanding and knowledge on efficient community enterprise administration. Committees and members should prioritize to problems presently encountered by community enterprise, realize their roles and responsibilities and do their best effort to achieve the goal. Decision making and implementing on any matter should be made based on clear and accountable rules and regulations while members should be allowed to give their opinions, take part in decision making process, controlling in community enterprise implementation mutually. Rules and regulations should be flexible in varied circumstances. Punishment should be clearly stated in fair and equitable manner to all stakeholders | en_US |
