dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objective of this research were 1) to study the job satisfaction of Local Administrative organization officer 2) to study the factor influencing to the implementation of job satisfaction of Local Administrative organization officer. This study was the survey research, the population and sample group were 363 persons of bureaucrat and Sub-District officer of Ubon Ratchathani in 2007 via the multi stages sampling. The tool of data collection was the survey questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using the software package and the statistic of this research included Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Hypothesis test was calculated by Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Multiple correlation. From the findings, it was concluded that Factors influencing the implementation of job satisfaction of Local Administrative Organization officer as the following: 1) the overall of satisfaction level of Local Administrative Organization officer was at much level. 2) Factor influencing to the implementation of job satisfaction of Local Administrative officer consisted of Job success, Respect from others, Characteristic of work, Progress of work, Responsibility, respectively. in addition, Hygiene factors influencing to the job satisfaction included the stability of job, The relationship between colleague and director, policy and job management, context of operation, salary and compensation, respectively. The relationship between Motivator factor and Hygiene factor tend to be positive to Job satisfaction level. As for forecasting equation of job satisfaction by using Motivator and Hygiene factor as forecaster were comprised with the forecasting equation in the raw score, that was Y' = 0.874+1.043H - 0.197M and the forecasting equation in the standardized score was Z y' = 1.008ZH -0.182ZM. From the research, there were some recommendation as the following: the Local Administrative Organization should fill in the motivator factors for staff including the success of their job, the acceptation and respect form others, Characteristics of work, Responsibility, Progress of work or position in order to motivate them to eager to work and felt proud and satisfy in their joben_US
