| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยทางถนนของอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน อําเภอสุไหงโก-ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส (2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านการบริหารจัดการกับผลสัมฤทธิ์การจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยทางถนนของอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน อําเภอสุไหงโก-ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส และ (3) เสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการ ด้านความปลอดภัยทางถนนของอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน อําเภอสุไหงโก-ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นใช้การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจโดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณผสมผสานกับการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ อาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือนในสังกัดอำเภอสุไหง-โกลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 1,144 คน และหัวหน้าอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือนจาก 4 สังกัดๆ ละ 1 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 4 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ อาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือนในสังกัดอำเภอสุไหงโก-ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส จำนวน 288 คน กำหนดขนาดโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซีและมอร์แกน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ และหัวหน้าอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน จำนวน 4 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีการทดสอบค่าเอฟ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์การจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยทางถนนในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารจัดการมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยทางถนนของอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน อําเภอสุไหงโก-ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส และ (3) ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกบแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการเพื่อเพิ่มผลสัมฤทธิ์การจัดการความปลอดภัยทางถนน ของอําเภอสุไหงโก-ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส คือ ควรมีเงินเดือนประจำ และเพิ่มสวัสดิการต่าง ๆ ให้กับอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือนควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ประชาชนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเรื่องความปลอดภัยทาง ถนนผ่านสื่อต่างๆ และควรติดตั้งป้ายบังคับสัญลักษณ์จราจรต่างๆ ให้ผู้ใช้ถนนเห็นอยางชัดเจน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study aimed: (1) to study level of performance achievement of road safety management results of civil defence volunteers of Su-ngai Kolok District in Narathiwat Province; (2) to study the relationship between administrative factors and performance achievement of road safety management results of civil defence volunteers of Su-ngai Kolok District in Narathiwat Province; and (3) to recommend development approaches for road safety management results of civil defense volunteers of Su-ngai Kolok District in Narathiwat Province. This study was a survey research combining quantitative and qualitative research techniques. Population was divided into 2 groups; those were 1,144 civil defence volunteersof Su-ngai Kolok District in Narathiwat Province and 4 heads of civil defence volunteers from different 4 sectors. Samples were divided into 2 groups; 288 civil defence volunteers which sample size determination using Krejcie and Morgan table and 4 heads of civil defence volunteers. Sampling method was stratified random sampling. Research instruments were a questionnaire and an interview form. Statistics for data analysis employed frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, f-test and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. Quantitative analysis used content analysis. The findings revealed that: (1) an overall image of level of performance achievement of road safety management results of civil defence volunteers of Su-ngai Kolok District in Narathiwat Province was at high level; (2) the relationship between factors and performance achievement of road safety management results of civil defence volunteers of Su-ngai Kolok District in Narathiwat Province showed positive correlation at moderate level; and (3) recommendations regarding approaches for developing road safety management results of civil defence volunteers of Su-ngai Kolok District in Narathiwat Province were the increasing of allowances and benefits for civil defence volunteers, public relation for better understanding on road safety through medias and setting up warning sign and traffic signs | en_US |
