| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในการจัดการกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิต (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกกลุ่มในการจัดการกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิต (3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกกลุ่มในการจัดการกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิต และ (4) เสนอแนะแนวทางการดําเนินงานที่จะทําให้สมาชิกเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการให้มากยิ่งขึ้น การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสํารวจประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ตัวแทนคณะกรรมการกลุ่มและสมาชิกกลุ่ม จํานวน 410 คน โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จํานวน 202 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการกำหนดขนาดโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ยามาเน่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สําหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลมีอยู่ 2 ส่วน คือ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ค่าทางสถิติที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย แจกแจงค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในการจัดการกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตบ้านหนองสลัดได ตําบลสระกระโจม อําเภอดอนเจดีย์ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี มีไม่ตํ่ากว่าร้อยละ 70 (2) ปัจจัยด้านผู้นําหรือคณะกรรมการ ปัจจัยด้านการสื่อสาร และปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจ เป็นปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในการจัดการกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (3) ปัจจัยด้านผู้นําหรือคณะกรรมการ ปัจจัยด้านการสื่อสาร และปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจ เป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในการจัดการกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดย มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเป็น 0.596 และสามารถพยากรณ์การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในการจัดการ กลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิต ได้ร้อยละ 35.50 โดยมีค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ ± 0.17 และ (4) ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการดําเนินงานที่จะทําให้สมาชิกเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการกลุ่มออมทรัพย์ เพื่อการเกษตรให้มากยิ่งขึ้นที่สําคัญคือ ผู้นําควรให้การส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกอย่างจริงจัง คํานึงถึงประโยชน์ของสมาชิกเป็นหลัก เปิดโอกาสให้สมาชิกและทุกหน่วยงานเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมทุกขั้นตอน สร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจ ส่งเสริมอาชีพ สร้างแรงจูงใจให้กับสมาชิกตลอดจนมีการสื่อสารและประชาสัมพันธ์ ข้อมูลข่าวสารให้กับสมาชิกได้รับทราบอย่างทั่วถึง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research was: (1) to study participation level of members in managing the savings group for production; (2) to study factors relating participation level; (3) to study factors influencing participation of group members in managing the savings group for production; and (4) to recommend implementation guidelines to improve participation level. This research was a survey research. Population was representatives of the group members and group committee members totally 410 persons. Sample size was 202 samples calculated by using Tara Yamane formula. A questionnaire was used to collect the data. The analysis was done into 2 parts. Those were quantitative data analysis which employed descriptive statistics such as frequency, percent, mean, standard deviation, t-test, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient as well as stepwise multiple regression analysis, and qualitative data analysis employed content analysis. The results revealed that: (1) participation level of members in managing the savings group for production was over 70 percent; (2) factors relating participation in managing the savings group for production which were statistically significance at 0.01 level were group leaders and committee members, communications, and incentives; (3) factors regarding leadership or committee members, communications, and incentives were factors that influenced the participation of members in managing savings group for production which are statically significant at 0.05 level. The multiple correlation coefficient was 0.596, and could predict the involvement of members of the management group for the savings produced by 35.50 percent with a standard deviation of ± 0.17; and (4) Recommendation guidelines that would enable members to participate in managing the savings group for greater benefit were that leaders should actively promote the participation of members, consider the benefits of membership, give opportunity for members and all agencies to participate in every step, provide knowledge, career promotion, motivate the members, as well as communicate and publicize of information to the members thoroughly | en_US |
